i wanted to take joint supplements because i feel like i got a back issue like bone cracking and dry elbows, looking to see what my options are and best way to take.

You can also run a healing stack that also includes a good fish or krill oil at 5-10g per day, ostarine at 25mg per day, and Nutrobal at 25mg per day. That is the ultimate stack.mif money is tight, stick to the N2JointRX as your number one priority.
 
N2Joint RX is a great joint supporting supplement, and it really makes a difference that you can feel with your joints. So if you don't have any particular injuries or problems, and want something for overall joint health, then N2Joint RX is the way to go. However, if you need something more drastic, then you should stack N2Joint RX with Ostarine MK-2866, which is just great for increasing bone mass and healing of joints.
 
On top of the supplements that were suggested, make sure to be eating enough protein throughout the day. Your bone, hair, skin etc. is all made from protein. You need maintain a high level of protein (especially the essential amino acids) to properly repair and regenerate new tissues each day.

If you aren't a big eater - you could supplement your diet with a high quality whey isolate protein such as isolation from n2bm.com

Try animal flex, krill oil, fish oil, an I'm currently running ostarine as well but I believe just the others would help. The animal flex is suppose to be very good by its self.
