Bro...got a question about cycling. Am currently on a bulking cycle, and plan to run a cutting cycle next. Both would run 16 weeks concurrent, and I know there's a lot of advice about longer runs...but I have read plenty of posts and would value any opinion on this.
Currently running dbol,Decca, and Sus250.
Cutting cycle will be test prop, tren ace, and masteron.

Deca and sustanon are both very long estered steroids. They will be in your body 4-5 weeks after you stop your cycle. Your plan on doing a bulking and then cutting cycle wouldn't really work because the bulking steroids would still be in your body when you want to start your cutting cycle.

Focus on one goal. When you try to do everything at once, you end up getting mediocre results. Run your bulking cycle, run a PCT, do a SARMS bridge and then do your cutting cycle. SARMS are great for increasing fat loss and you will actually lean out during the SARMS bridge. Then when you start the cutting cycle, you will already be in striking distance of pre-contest condition and won't need to suffer during your cutting cycle.

A much healthier option is to do as follows:
1. Run your cycle.
2. After your cycle run a good pct protocol such as the perfect PCT: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/
3. After the PCT protocol, run a SARMS bridge - such as the SARMS triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
4. After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day
5. Then wait 3-4 weeks, ideally get blood work done to make sure everything is in the normal range and start your next cycle.

With doing 1-5 you will continue growing off cycle and your natural testosterone production won't be suppressed. It is a healthier route all around.

it is well documented that the longer you run a cycle, the longer it will take your HPTA to recover. once you get into the 14-16 week or more area you get into the danger zone.

also the younger you use gear, the better chance you will need TRT at a much younger age.

you want to run blood work between cycles to make sure your HTPA recovers before even thinking of a new cycle

I would finish up your 16 weeks on sust, deca, dbol and do your proper PCT. After PCT, I would wait 22 weeks (16 weeks on plus 6 week pct), and get blood work done. If everything is good to go at that point then I would run the cutting cycle. If you run 32 straight weeks of AAS, you will have a very hard time recovering if you are able to do it at all.

Thanks brothers. I appreciate your insight and will be doing a 4to5 week recovery (Pct) before moving on to the cutting cycle. I plan on using HCGenrate for the first time, along with aramasin and n2gaurd. I have never had any issues with gyno in the past....this being my 4th cycle. But want to recover my T-levels and receptors for max efficiency of my cutting cycle.
Once again, I'm thankful that I came upon this forum.

4-5 weeks is definitely too short to recover from a long cycle. Unless you are referring about 4-5 weeks of PCT and then being off, then its okay

I totally agree - 5 weeks are too few to get recovered from a cycle and to jump on the next one, especially considering how harsh are both of your cycles. Run a proper PCT, and then take at least 6-8 additional weeks of rest before jumping into the next cycle.

Like everyone already started...take the full time off. I know it sounds sucky...but you will actually benefit more from your cutting cycle if you take the proper time off.

Good luck
