How much BCAAs would I need to use to bulk up really thick. Really going to hit it hard and really bulk like 6 tabs of BPI bcaas. Would there be any doses that are considered dangerous?

bro you can bulk with BCAAs....as an aid to lower catabolism....take before training and after....

You can indeed bulk on BCAAs. Just split your dose to 3 tabs before, and 3 tabs after training. Regarding the maximum dosage - the most BCAAs that my clients have taken till side effects appeared were 10 tabs per day. But yet again - it all depends on your individual body, because some people are more sensitive, and some are less so.

use real food to bulk. BCAA's are just supplements, a tool. real food is best

the younger crowd seems to be the most reliant on supplements because it is far more convenient and cheaper than cooking their own food.. also supp companies prey on them specifically and use clever marketing. I am going to tell you something that others won't.. I've been lifting for 20 years and I have had probably 2 whey protein shakes in the past 6 years. I have taken BCAA's maybe twice in that span too. whey protein especially is more like a treat to people.. its a lot of sugar and dairy and it tastes good. in reality it doesn't do a thing that real food will do .. BCAA's are just an excuse for when you are too lazy to make a meal.

my best advice is learn to cook. its not that hard.

food is the answer to grow .. supplements are supplements.

yes supplements have their place in bodybuilding, but if you are depending on them to bulk then you will go nowhere fast. just ask all the skinny 20 year olds at the gym who workout then run to the smoothie bar for a shake why they are still skinny and weak

If you're getting a sufficient amount of protein in from whole foods and your shakes that I'm sure you're consuming, BCAA supplements are probably pretty worthless to you. I'd be more worried about getting your diet in check than how many pills or powders to take.

protein and calories is what you look for when bulking

If you are already in a calorie surplus you really won't need the anti-catabolic properties of BCAA. Use them during training and cardio. 10-20g is sufficient.

If you want to take something to help you bulk up look into a natural testerone booster. HCGenerate ES

Yup.....said perfectly

bcaa are basically a waste of money on a bulking diet..should be covering ur amino acid needs through food. bcaa are more beneficial when cutting.
