Hello, I plan on starting my first cycle soon. I’ve already got my bloodwork done and everyhting was in check. My initial plan was to run 300mg of test E and 200 mg of tren E a week. I have an ai on standby for if my e2 shoots up and intend to get my labs done every month, but I’m wondering if there’s anything else I should add to support all my levels or adjust doses. Thanks!

Why would you run Tren first cycle? Whats your training experience? Diet? Physique?
Main reason just being impatient i know patience is key just not my strongest suit. I’ve done a good bit of research on tren and know what to expect from it and think it’s something i could handle but again never actually tried it. i’ve been lifting for 4 years consistently, diet on track the whole time, and currently sitting on 5’9 189lbs 11-13% body fat

You would be so suprised what you will get from the test alone.

Id love to see some pics of where your at, you dont need to listen to me, but my advice is truly this, run just the test for a bit, start 200, titrate up every few weeks, find your ceiling, how your body tolerates the hormones, what e2 feels like higher for you etc.

Itll be key to know these things for when you do start adding things in and at least you have a handle on what your feeling.

You look quite young brother - you have a great physique for a natural, but let me use myself as an example - I am far from the biggest on this site, but I have never had to run for the physique I had and to be honest, my last cycle which was my harshest yet actually yielded the least, I am growing and progessing pretty solid on a measly 200mg test at the moment and training pretty average as my wife just had our baby, please consider just starting with test and pushing that dose up, you will be honestly so much better served this way

What rate of progress would you recommend as in time and mg, and just monitor my e2 as i go up to see how much i my body can take without the use of any ais or such? and yes im only 19 but progress has heavily slowed down for the last few months to a year and just starting to get impatient and want to push size

Not ideal an age to start, but if you are going to, absolutely stay off the harsher orals and 19 nors - there is so much time for these things.

Start 200-250mg test; stay there for 6 weeks; eat in a surplus and train to failure - you will be suprised the gains you make 6 weeks is how long it takes to fully settle with the common e and c esters, then yes push to see what you can tolerate without an ai

Hey bro, I'm in a much different state in my fitness journey than you but also just starting test for the first time. I'm 32 and have little to no patience on most days, I started on 150mg for 6 weeks then got blood work, my levels are raised and e2 is still in check and now I'm going to titrate up to 200mg per week and get blood work done again in 6 weeks and go from there. Definitely take the guys advice on here they know what there talking about. Is it gonna take longer than I want to get bulked up? Yes. Do I want to wait 24 extra weeks doing science experiments? No. Will this be better for me long term? 100%. Sometimes it's better to just do what you gotta do, suck it up and be patience brother man.

You don't want to mix a bunch of stuff then not know what compound is causing the side effects. You want to start with the base and introduce more as you go so you understand how your body reacts to each compound then you can know when you add new stuff what is causing the side effects, this way you don't have to just drop all compounds at once but you can remove the new stuff and continue using what you know works.

I agree with the guys, don't take tren now and start off more basic. To be honest, at your age I would not do anything. You still produce a good amount naturally, eat and train. I know you don't want to hear it but I'm just saying that would be better at your age, as you will gain then crash, mentally it can get tough.

Having said that, start with test and see how you grow. Test is the best, in my opinion. Once you have run a few cycles then add something else. Depending on your goals, it could be primo or deca, again depending on what you want to accomplish. I would not take tren, unless there is a specific reason (are you competing? etc...) I agree with just 6 weeks at 200-250ish - your body will grow quite a lot, as long as your diet, training, other supplements (ie creatine) are all spot on. Don't overdo it, no need and easier on your body from a drug standpoint.

Again, I would wait a few years as you have a solid base. Once you start down this path, it's tough to stop. Just my 2 cents.

If you’re already dialed in you don’t even need tren to ease your impatience. If you do tren right away I think you’re going to have a bad time. Don’t be a fool. I dummy think you are a fool. But you could be foolish as we all can be. Don’t.
