Have been pinning .75 cc of Test Cyp for about a month and a half for my trt. I'm 41, 5'8 and float between 180-185 lbs. Been working out for 22 years and have never had an issue with fat. Actually always struggled for every pound of muscle I've put on over the years. I guess now with age and a pretty easy job, I'm struggling with that lower portion of my stomach. Its weird though. I have a pretty defined 4 pack, and a nice valley between my top abs until it hits my belly button. From there down, I've started putting on a little fat. I guess you could say I have a common sense diet. I don't count calories and I watch what I eat, but I don't get all crazy with my diet.
Any rec's on something for fat loss. I do 3 days a week cardio for 20 minutes each the last few months with no noticeable difference. Also, I tried Hydroxycut and was jittery as hell with headaches and shit like a goose, so that's out. Thanks guys.

I used bunch of fat burner even clen if you want fat loss without any side then you must focus you traning with less rest period and do some HIIt cardio and one importent tool is change you diet pattern include IF or if with carb cycling or CKD

What is a typical day of nutrition look like?

20 minutes of cardio 3 x a week isn't doing it? Then change it up.

Right around the mid section is where most men tend to pack that damn fat when we age.
The unfortunate thing is that you can't really spot reduce fat. All these weight loss belts and other gadgets are complete scam.

Honestly I don't think you are gonna benefit much (if at all) from these magical weight loss pills and supps.
What yoy need to focus on is to get your diet right, track what you eat and how much you eat, keep exercising regularly and measure yourself on a weekly basis. If the weight is not coming down you need to adjust your diet and/or the amount of work you are doing.

it sounds like as you are getting older you are starting to pack on some extra body fat

change up your eating routine, try different fasting protocols (see Ebook in my signature). also be careful about what you are eating, what seems healthy might not be.

"Best fat loss supp?"

Consistent and intese cardiovascular exercise, weight training, and consistently clean dietary habits! There are no alternatives - no magic pills and/or powders!

Have you ever tried cardarine? I would stack cardarine with a topical fat loss product like Yohiflame

Well as others have already said, hard work, dedication, tighten up on the diet and count calories .. if you're insisting on something .. yohimbine might help a bit along with caffeine .. or take a look at cardarine ..
