Best flax seed ?

Have never tried flax seed oil before....

I have looked at many brands and most I have never heard of before....so which company is superior for flax seed oil and which company has the best price per serving but still keeping its quality? Or does it not matter?

Is this for cooking? Dressing? All oils have different burning temps. Some will burn at lower temps. Others much higher. Just look for organic.


But if for adding in a shake or on top of foods, I just buy in bulk and blend it fresh in my bullet
