Best meal replacement in stores?

What's the best meal replacement offered in the store? I've seen some good ones but some of the cheaper ones seem to have less protein and more fat. What do you all think as far as flavor? Want to buy from the M&S store if possible.

Just by real food. Meal replacement shakes are not going to be remotely as good.

I'd try to avoid that as much as possible, but if you must use something then MRE from redcon is decent. It actually uses real whole food sources for its meal replacement

meal replacements are going to be heavily processed and full of fillers and sugar.

they have no place in fitness at all. just a scheme to trick you into thinking you need them. if you miss a meal then so be it. i would 1000% rather you not eat a meal than eat garbage in its place. this is something that most of you don't understand because you have been lied to your whole life.
