moving from trt to cycle

Hey all, i'm new here but i've been on trt for a year through my DR .85ml a week of test cyp 100mg/ml

i was looking to kick things up a notch and its considerably cheaper to go underground anyway.

i work out about 4 days a week, sometimes i get a 5th one in.

i dont track any of my meals yet but i try to stick to a more carnivore type diet

i sleep great and have a pretty regimented routine.

im fairly new to working out but i can google my way through a great workout, im here to read and soak in as much as possible, id like to dial in my diet, workouts and supplements.

it all seems like a lot but any pointers on where to start and ideas for setting accountability to stick to routines would be much appreciated

Hey brother, welcome to Evo, I would absolutely suggest starting a log, get your goals, training, nutrition, current supps, current physique and measurements in there and keep regular updates going, but with some more info we can absolutely guide you to some killer results.

I would suggest starting by reading some logs on here for inspiration.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.
To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

ok awesome thank you! also where do i go to learn about injection sites,i only know how to do the glutes and im comfortable with that, adding more injections makes me think i should get comfortable with other injection sites as well

Have a look on youtube mate, lots of good videos on there, delts and ventroglute are good ones to add

Welcome to Evo brother. As @Dreamer has already said, do a log and then the Evo Fam can see where your starting from, and potentially where your heading to, and give you all the help and support you require to do just that. Apart from the above I would check out @Dreamer log, he is too modest to say, @HarleyGuy @Allupfromhere and any of the sisters on Evo as potential help in developing a log. welcome to the EVO family :D @BertaBoy and going from TRT to blasting is possible but we need to know more about you. You need to start a log, I'll layout a guide below 15min for you to start easy.

YouTube is great but honestly can still be tricky if stuck brother reach out ill give you a hand
 
on TRT for a year? How long have you been working out?
Also how old are you? Height and weight etc? BF%
Get a log going with more details for sure we can help you get dialed in
I only ever inject in glutes no need to go elsewhere unless you are taking a lot of volume

What do your labs look like on a trough day? Most guys overdo TRT but I have to say this is quite the opposite. 85mg a week is usually not enough for low T symptom relief. Are you sure it’s not concentrated at 200mg/ml which is far more common for a Test C?

I’m glad you waited a year on TRT before trying to blast, as some people don’t give themselves enough time to eek out the benefits of TRT nor find a safe protocol to go back to if they blast unsuccessfully. Would like to know more about your training, stats / body composition, and plan. Baby step it with AAS, too many reddit users want you to overuse gear. You can get a lot from a little especially at first. Only go for higher doses or harsher compounds when you start getting diminished returns. Learn your body’s response from the friendlier stuff first.

Bro, you're definitely in the right place. What I would recommend to you is you get log going as soon as possible.

lots of people try carnivore. It's important to remember that you have to make sure that you do it correctly. I see a lot of people claiming they're doing carnivore yet they get Big Macs and they think that's carnivore and it's not.

if you want to run a steroid cycle, you can keep your TRT dose and add in steroids here and there. You can try an oral if you want for your first time.

Hey mate, welcome to Evo. Will be good to get some more background information to see where you're currently at with the trt. Can you show us what you are currently doing training wise as well.
yo bro, i did get a log up im reading other logs realizing mine is very bare haha. ive just been doing 1 muscle group a day (arms, chest, back/stomach, and legs) i just did up a whole plan for push, pull, legs, rest as suggested here so im gonna roll with that going forward.
my next bit of tuning id like to hit is my diet cause im weak sometimes when it comes to food, i like to indulge
