Hey all, i'm new here but i've been on trt for a year through my DR .85ml a week of test cyp 100mg/ml
i was looking to kick things up a notch and its considerably cheaper to go underground anyway.
i work out about 4 days a week, sometimes i get a 5th one in.
i dont track any of my meals yet but i try to stick to a more carnivore type diet
i sleep great and have a pretty regimented routine.
im fairly new to working out but i can google my way through a great workout, im here to read and soak in as much as possible, id like to dial in my diet, workouts and supplements.
it all seems like a lot but any pointers on where to start and ideas for setting accountability to stick to routines would be much appreciated
