Best Pre-workout?

I've just been using apples as pre-workout for the last few years. What is your favorite pre-workout and how does it effect you?
 
I used to use a stimulant preworkout in the past....but I started to get frusterated with the crash. I felt like a drug addict chasing that high and then when it wore off my workout would suffer. Now.....I eat a meal. ...usually I do a yam some chicken and a veggie preworkout. Today I did chicken, lettuce, tomato and sprouts on Ezekiel bread with hot sauce. It was delicious. No preworkout needed....a good meal is all you need. Honestly
 
I do some AAKG (arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate), some Beta-Alanine, and a 5,000 Mcg Sublingual Methylcobalamin B-12.
Wash that down with a Big Cup of Black Coffee and I'm good................................... JP
P.S.
The AAKG & Beta-Alinine are both Pharma-Grade & Micronized, so they dissolve easily in water.
 
I rotate through different supps taking time off in between. Feels like the effects diminish overtime. Coffee gets me pretty amped up, elevates my body temp.
 
bro straight up no BS...best preworkout ive used is dspark...but thats non stim...i dont do stims preworkout that much....
 
DSpark, and some chocolate (preferrably dark for effectiveness, milk-chocolate for taste). And maybe a banana. All that with dark tea - sweet combo.
 
Right now I'm at 2 cold beers+ Nutrabio Pre Extreme or MT Anarchy depending on the day. Fast carbs+the low levels of alcohol potentiate the pre.

Not that it's a good idea, but it works.

I eat an easy digesting meal 60-90 minutes before I train, usually egg whites and oatmeal.

15 minutes before the workout I'll take 3 pills of D-spark and 1/2 a serving of a pre workout or a cup of coffee.

I like Cellucor C4 a lot as a pre workout. One scoop is all I need.
 
I take a product called Rhino Revolutions and a banana i train mid afternoons so i kinda need that boost the key is finding the right stim and times of taking them. There are also non caffeine types out there as well.
 
I have tried almost every pre workout supplement on the mark. The problem with pre workouts is that you get used to them too quickly and most of them give you the shakes. What I do is I eat a small meal consisting of protein, carbs, and good fat about 1 to 1.5 before I workout and 30 minutes before I workout I take a caffeine pill or a cup of coffee. When I'm really tired I take some dspark too
 
I absolutely LOVE Pre JYM, been using it almost constantly for the past 2 months and it has the exact same effect every time. It has 300 mg caffeine and a lot of BCAAs to make sure you get a long clean burst of energy!
