If your as lean as you say you are, then a simple test only cycle and well thought out meal plan will get you there, if your prone to E2 sides and plan to run test only, AIs are a tool to use. You can also use compounds like primo and mast, we have seen bloodwork with primo and mast and it’s hit and miss in terms of E2 control which has been debated by me and
@Eddie Haskell. I have had success with primo and mast as a AI as well as many others, especially being lean. While others do simply need a AI.
