Time for another AE log, 3rd time lucky, I’ll do my best to keep this rolling as I’ll be logging my next phase with @Liquid Gold Labs as my sponsor during the next 13 weeks, which I’m stoked for as I have teamed up with Liquid as I know and can vouch he is the very best at what he does. I have been in this game for a little while and the passion the lab has for creating quality, sterile and well executed product is second to none, as I won’t log for just anyone. I think it worth to log my potential contest prep for people to see what it takes and what’s required, so here it is.. my next contest prep of 13 weeks. I may or may not compete. But over the next at least 5 weeks I’ll be judging the next steps from there, however I’ll be still logging for as long as I can.

I have a fair bit on the plate, as a coach, work, training and Evo duties, so please excuse if I don’t update the log as often as I would like, but I’ll do my best for the community 🔥🔥.

I’ll be coaching myself and implementing my methods as a coach to the best of my abilities.

Please remember that what I do is not up for debate or change. When coaching yourself it’s important to stick with your knowledge and process objectively. I am open to thoughts, but I will likely come back with my ideas as being the best for me.

In this phase I’m looking to increase training performance in both my weights and cardio. As this will lead automatically to the results needed over the 5 weeks. I’m looking to only get stronger, fuller and harder over the next 5 weeks as most of my fat is off. I’m not drying out as of yet as it’s not necessarily the right thing to do when looking to increase training performance and cardio metrics, the goal is to optimise these two facets to enable a leaner, rounder and fuller physique.

I have maintained this level of body fat in preparation for Season A over the last 3 months, which has been relatively easy and relaxed. I have consistently continued my contest prep habits and routine throughout the last 3 months with very minimal breaks in between. I have up held my cardio 4/5 a week

With daily steps exceeding 10,000

My diet has not changed, carb cycling between 3800 and 4700 cals.

Now coming towards contest, I’m tightening up total calorie intake. I go off weekly

Consumed calories to give me an idea of how much body fat I’ll be losing based off calculations of energy stored in fat.



Only changes made are the total calorie intake and gear - gear has been lowered over the last 4 weeks to prepare for this. Dosing will increase very marginally, if at all. As I won’t need much as I need to make a tough weight of 102kg from 111kg. Depending on the prep, I may compete in super heavy’s, where I don’t believe I’ll be competitive enough as I have not been training for this category,

I pin everyday multiple times per day as I like predictability and stable bloods, so I can make adjustments on the fly and I know what will come of this. I am placing a heavy emphasis on cognitive function, sleep hygiene and productivity, as I don’t need to go balls out with gear and the diet to get lean. This cycle is again not for you to copy, I practise and prioritise safety but will push the needle if I need to harder.

Mast E: 300mg weekly

Tren A: 70mg weekly
Anadrol: 30mg per day

I honestly have been hoping you would start a log mate! I’ve followed your comments and advice on other logs and threads and your level of education caught my interest immediately. The biggest enigma i had was wanting to see your accrued education transferred into train of thought and implemented into a plan and see the accuracy of results concluded. The detail of your knowledge is what make this very exciting.
I look forward to learning from this log, not for my specific pathway but definitely from a general point of view!
 
i like your mentality of this is your log and you will do it your way. that is important. this way you can log your trials and errors and find the mistakes as you go.

I shoot preworkout to get the androgen signalling from tren and the Anadrol, and boy does this make a huge difference. I suggest not taking any PEDs before bed as this can impact sleep.
Back and biceps trained today - will log training tomorrow as short for time today, but the pump was insane with the Anadrol and tren now in the mix. Strength is up with all my machine based movements maxed out weight then some extra on top.

This is also what I reccomend, avoid pinning your gear in the evening. I always pin mine pre workout

You’re likely across it, but any glucose or insulin monitoring happening across the 13 weeks? With GH and T4 in the mix, it’s worth keeping bit of an eye on.
Glucose is around 4.4-4.6
Metformin 500mg XR at night
More fats at night to control BG
don’t even wake during the night due to glucose management being on top of 👍🏼
Once your lean BG and with fasted cardio, low sugar diet, BG is pretty easy control with the variables.

I shoot preworkout to get the androgen signalling from tren and the Anadrol, and boy does this make a huge difference. I suggest not taking any PEDs before bed as this can impact sleep.
Back and biceps trained today - will log training tomorrow as short for time today, but the pump was insane with the Anadrol and tren now in the mix. Strength is up with all my machine based movements maxed out weight then some extra on top.

In this phase I’m looking to increase training performance in both my weights and cardio. As this will lead automatically to the results needed over the 5 weeks. I’m looking to only get stronger, fuller and harder over the next 5 weeks as most of my fat is off. I’m not drying out as of yet as it’s not necessarily the right thing to do when looking to increase training performance and cardio metrics, the goal is to optimise these two facets to enable a leaner, rounder and fuller physique.

I have maintained this level of body fat in preparation for Season A over the last 3 months, which has been relatively easy and relaxed. I have consistently continued my contest prep habits and routine throughout the last 3 months with very minimal breaks in between. I have up held my cardio 4/5 a week

With daily steps exceeding 10,000

My diet has not changed, carb cycling between 3800 and 4700 cals.

Now coming towards contest, I’m tightening up total calorie intake. I go off weekly

Consumed calories to give me an idea of how much body fat I’ll be losing based off calculations of energy stored in fat.



Only changes made are the total calorie intake and gear - gear has been lowered over the last 4 weeks to prepare for this. Dosing will increase very marginally, if at all. As I won’t need much as I need to make a tough weight of 102kg from 111kg. Depending on the prep, I may compete in super heavy’s, where I don’t believe I’ll be competitive enough as I have not been training for this category,

I am placing a heavy emphasis on cognitive function, sleep hygiene and productivity, as I don’t need to go balls out with gear and the diet to get lean. This cycle is again not for you to copy, I practise and prioritise safety but will push the needle if I need to harder.

Yesterday was sitting at around 350g carbs

Today here was the macros
800g of carbs
310g protien
40g fats
4700 cals

Morning weight: 110.9
Evening weight: 112.9

Relatively low weight swing for high carbs which shows my body is reacting well to the increase, boosting metabolism from T4-T3 conversion nice and high
Appetite is extremely high on these days due to the carbs governing the T4-t3 conversion. This means im doing something right - fat should come off next couple of days due to it, which is the basis of my plan over the next couple of weeks, leveraging the manipulation of my diet only, increasing both performance and fat burning processes.

Steps at 12,000
Digestion is good but towards the end of the night starting to feel slighted bloated which is somewhat normal after 800g and no insulin, kind of a just a full feeling after a big meal.

training performance again is super high
Progressive overload on all - no reducing rep range for increase of weight.
A1: preacher curl 7x 12 reps
B1: seated dumbbell curl 4 x 10
C1: wide grip bicep curl 4x 12

Leveraged the carb day from the day before to enhance fat burning while on the low cal day, which should not affect muscle loss.

I am trying to grow whilst pull down body fat, which can be done and I do it every year. Especially in the starting changes of the prep.
Tomorrow is a low cal day of 3000 cals
Priority’s are good fats and protein and high fibre foods. Fasted cardio and increased steps to 14,000+
Leveraged the carb day from the day before to enhance fat burning while on the low cal day, which should not affect muscle loss.
@AE1079 shoulder cable row, you must have had an amazing pump :D and with 14k on cardio its clear how you stay so lean.

Weight is holding at 111.5, roughly up 1kg since the start of dieting. This is telling me I’m storing my glycogen and water intracellular, as I am getting leaner - however this isn’t so noticeable as the fat is coming off little areas to show detail.

Hamstrings are dialling in already, glutes and quads to come through in the next 4-6 weeks with no real suffering. Calories will remain the way they are until next week with a 5% total weekly calorie drop.

I am running gear that does generally tend to hold more water, 8IU HGH now and 40mg Anadrol, tren at 70mg still - this will climb to 105mg shortly. @Liquid Gold Labs since running this, I have felt a lot less toxic and have a lot more energy. Normally I feel very lethargic.

Anadrol will be dropped in 6 weeks - replaced by Winstrol and added back in later towards the end.

Lack of logging due to being busy, upgraded my coaching platform and had to work on many different tasks to get it all done. However dieting and training didn’t stop.

Since adding in Anadrol and tren, my weight has dropped and increase in fullness.


1.5kg down with high food and PEDs that hold fluid, I’m happy with this weeks result, my body is working optimally and I can feel the optimal balance. My workload is high and so is my physical workload and still have tons of energy to do it all.

Next week will include a calorie drop - normal days will go down slightly - that’s it. Trending in the right direction means minimal changes, I just want to keep that going.

Today has been 20,000 steps and 2980 cals of high fats - 90g

Low carb - 280g

High protein - 270g

No training


I am starving coming off the high day - t4-t3 conversion is unregulated and the metabolic rate is on fire. No bloat.

Training has been amazing this week. Joints are nice and lubed from the Anadrol which has helped give me confidence in my lifts again. The hammer has gone down in terms of intensity with most of the machines I’m using I’m maxing out the weight for 10-12 reps.



High light this week was the my flat dumbbell chest press doing 65kg for 14 reps. I haven’t gone into that range for a while, and have more to give with the 70s. Being lean and strong has never really gone hand in hand for me but being this as my focus point, I have been able to achieve it.

Down to 109.8 kg this morning coming off new calories of 3380

310 protein
380 carbs
60 fat

Will post pictures tomorrow as having trouble uploading through the phone.

I have swapped over to steps only - and do a morning walk and a decent pace. I’m finding this to be more beneficial in many ways other than just losing body fat. Going for a walk outdoors in the sun helps with reducing cortisol and inflammation whilst providing vitamin D. It sets me up for the day which is pretty flat out.

Meal 1
4 slices of 9 grain toast
200g 5% beef mince
80g reduced salt tomato sauce
8ML olive oil
( I make these into burgers)

Meal 2
105g coco bombs
2 scoops Iso100
Water

Meal 3
200g barramundi fish
300g white rice
15g tomato sauce

Meal 4
80g COR
1.5 Scoops iso 100
100g blueberries
10g almond butter

200g Barramundi

250g lean rump beef

Feeling strong in the gym with lots of energy. Pumps are insane at the moment with the low levels of fat. I have figured out how to stay lean and keep good pumps and most of it does have to do with E2 control and electrolyte balance. Cialis also helps 🤪.

It over the counter only for those aged 55 and over. Otherwise Doctors prescription
 
I’m not on tren but have been having days recently where my watch tells me I’ve had next to no rem sleep and I was wondering about melatonin

How much would you recommend? Can buy it from iherb in 10mg or less tablets
10mg is fine. Just make sure and get the sublingual version.
