best way to implement dbol into a test cycle for growth

What do you think about using dianabol and testosterone for my next cycle to grow? I’m 32 years old and I’ve been a hard gainer my whole life. I’m 6’3” and I’m 188 lbs. I would like to get over 200 lbs for the first time in my life. My thoughts are going with 500 mg of testosterone but my friend said that I should go higher. He said the more the better. Do you think that doing testosterone at 750 mg would be good with 30 mg of dianabol, or is that too much?

Assuming you're not done having kids or want your natural test to come back after cycle and at your age your priorities should be to educate and get the following entirely dialed in running on all cylinders as a general guide. Then to post it all for us to help answer your question:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test and hormones back up and running)
  2. Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories for a while)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper for a while)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for an 8-12 week trial run to assist and based on your past experience)
First off you say "next cycle"? We need to know your cycle experience before we'd ever recommend 750mg of Test, let alone the dbol without you understanding PCT and especially AI's quite well which we will help you with. You can post all this in a log for us.

The reason why we can't provide you a fast answer is not only because everyone's cycle experience is different but you're asking about pretty high dosages and we care here about your health and achieving your goals.

The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

If this is your first cycle 750 is a massive dose man! Even 500 is considered high. I'm younger than you but I'm just finishing a test only cycle of 300/wk and I've put on 12kgs(26lbs) to 105 (230lbs) staying at basically the same bodyfat%. I'm 6'4 so I understand the struggle with getting big and looking big at our height. My best advice from my small experience and knowledge is start small and see how your body reacts, its much easier to increase. Last thing you want to do is have your body react really bad and you have to stop entirely.

Stick with 500 mg of test for your base, no need to jump to 750 mg on your first real growth cycle. Add 20-30 mg of dbol ed for 4-6 weeks to kickstart size, and keep your AI on hand since dbol will bump e2.
 
I think a good bulking option is a simple testosterone and deca cycle. You'll get big appetite increases and you'll be eating everything you can. It's a great option.
 
Make sure you are using Dianabol as a kickstart. Don't use it throughout the cycle and you also need an AI. Very important here.
 
if you use nandrolone you need proviron. That is a very smart option. It will help balance out the cycle.
 
Testosterone and dianabol are the best options. They will stack very well and you'll get good growth and good appetite.
