Does anyone take this? I have heard its good for assisting in long training sessions and helping you push through. Anyone have experience?
 
It helps buffer lactic acid and regulate PH in working muscle tissues. It's good for increasing endurance.

It works best when stacked with creatine.
 
It is extremely popular in pre workout powders. I have had it before and the only thing I noticed was the tingling in my face and hands. But then again, people assume when they "feel" something that it is working.
