Anyone here read about bioglutide? Essentially all the benefits of retatrutide's triple agonism of GLP-1, GIP and glucagon with the addition of IGF-1 agonism as well to offset the muscle loss from previous gen GLP-1s. Apparently it's also a pill. ANy vendors here started to try and source this?

What are your thoughts on IGF-1 LR3? I heard it's quite a fragile peptide that ends up being underdosed due to degradation during the shipping and transportation process. How does it compare to straight HGH and GH secretagogues in terms of muscle growth and fat loss?

Ive tried almost every peptide under the sun, do more research into degrading of peptides it’s highly overstated mate.

How do you compare those with HGH and or HGH secretagogues? look, all igf1-lr3 is doing is mimicking insulin’s like growth factor, so you get all the benefits of that (protein synthesis, muscle recover etc..) it also skips the liver conversion process too. HGH everyone should be running so I’ll skip over that’s but the secretagogues (ipa, cjc, mk etc…) they essentially increase HGH levels when then stimulates igf-1 production in the liver? So instead of one or the other, it makes sense to stack one with the other if you get what I’m saying. Kinda like igf1/lr for increased muscle benefits and HGH/HGH secretagogues for recovery and fat loss. Both play a different role brother. Hope that helped brother

@barry3264 Retatrutide is triple agonist hitting GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon, strong for fat loss but can flatten appetite hard for some but not others.

Bioglutide takes that same base and adds IGF-1 agonism, so on paper it supports muscle growth and recovery while still driving fat loss. But paper isn't always reality, I'm sure everyone would agree with this.
The obvious positives are that Retatrutide is only injection right now, while Bioglutide is being pushed as an oral pill.

IMO, in the end of the day retatrutide already has data in humans and shows huge weight drops, Bioglutide is newer and less proven. Bottom line, retatrutide is the established heavy hitter, bioglutide could be the "upgrade" IF it delivers. (notice IF)

Do you have any idea about dosage equivalences? For example, the IGF-1 increase from pinning 2IU HGH would be equivalent to x amount of IGF-1 LR3 ect.?

I can’t answer that it’s too subjective, everyone’s igf-1 levels vary depending on many factors brother. That’s why I don’t really even like using that to test “good GH”. One person’s levels will always be different. Yes an increase is expected but yeah varies person to person.

I do see your frustration as Veterans, why would a noob ask this obvious question right? @Lee priest 100% you're right.
But remember when we started? we asked a lot as well, and the answers guided us to today. EVO family believes in support, positivity, love and respect of all our EVO brothers, vet or newbie. So we need to be positive in the future please.

The furthest it's gone is phase 2 iirc. It's effectiveness and safety profile is not as well-established as reta atp.
