What kind of machine do you use at home guys? The one that you wrap around my bicep doesnt fit and neither does the wrist one from walmart. Any suggestions for me ?

the ones at walmart haven't been recalibrated since reagan was president. never trust that crap

yo uare right the wraps don't fit a weight lifter and you will get innacurate readings in many cases

the place i get my info checked is the blood bank.. they have the best equipment and their wraps fit any size arm. they also test your cholesterol and other things too

The best place would be a doctors clinic or medi centre. Get a nurse to do it for you. They are professionally trained and will make sure you get the proper reading

Those readers aren't built for the larger person (including fat F**ks). Every time mines done at the docs they get the big one out for me.

You can just get a bigger band. I have one at home that I use when I run gear. The band is more than big enough.

I would also recommend getting your blood pressure checked accurately at a blood donation drive. They have the most up to date tech.
