Do any of you guys monitor your BP before and during a cycle? I am 1 wk. into a 500mg enanthate and 300mg deca/wk cycle(also its my first). I check BP at work and yesterday I checked it and it was 144/80something. Its usually in the 120/80 area. Also my resting heart rate seems to be constantly elivated now, even when i'm relaxing trying to nap. Everything elese seems to be going well. Any of you ever get this?

If you'd have done a search you'll see it's been asked. The answer is yes many do and taking AAS does, of course, increase BP.

Yes, Always. I think it's a must.
Better question would be: Why would you not want to do it? It's so easy to do, doesn't take much time and doesn't cost you anything.
Pretty cheap insurance policy I'd say.

Do yourself a huge favor by purchasing a BP monitor.

of course you are supposed to monitory your bp on steroids... for fucks sake, you should be even when you are not using them

I personally do. It is a genetic issue for me so I am very careful to watch mine. Especially when using any AAS.
