Bloods PSA levels

Following is not in anyway medical advice just my own experience but I thought worth sharing.

Iv had history or BPH and elevated PSA levels. Up to 3.8 and 18% free which isn’t good. Usually total always above 3.0 free percentage below 20% (lower % is worse)

Anyway obviously lot would say to avoid DHT derivates or even test / TRT itself altogether.

I didn’t listen. Hit primo rather hard at 560mg 1:1 with test for 5 weeks and now on mast 170mg with 210mg test.

Just got my PSA and expected some pretty bad numbers. Best they have been in over 10 years. Total at 2.8 and free % of 26%

That’s good numbers. Ref range is up total up to 3.5 and % > 20

Only think I can attribute to is saw Palermo daily since started test, losing fat % and eating extremely clean. Also NAC and citrus bergamot.

Anyways just thought I would share cos I know some of us have higher PSA levels / enlarged prostate and some deliberately don’t test for it while on gear cos they just don’t wanna see it / be given reason to stop.

Also I’m seeing specialist/ have had MRI and he’s happy with how things are. Healthy prostate even on 1/2 gram or DHT primo lol (he doesn’t know that part)

I thought I’d be sprung for being on gear for sure 😂 So just shows not everything you read is true about DHT / prostate or at very least varies from person to person.

Not being flippant - I’ll still keep eye on closely.

@Chrisos you know gear is not always related to high PSA bro its a fact
and DHT is NOT always related to high PSA as well
like you can have a urinary tract infection = high PSA nothing to do with DHT at all, just a fact
healthy prostate, you gotta get that sperm out lol

if more people got their bodies checked who use steroids they would see similar issues. its part of the game we play

Yeah was just surprised cos I’ve had PSA issues for 4 years then jumped on gear for 4 months and PSA heaps better 😂 that said along with jumping on gear I did bucket loads or exercise, whole foods and supplements

This is an important post, you can end up with prostate cancer, very easy.

I've read that 50% of men will end up with prostate cancer at some point in their life, it's crazy.

You have a good doctor that cares about your health. That's really good.

People who think that steroids don't cause issues in the body are plain delusional.

you have to milk the prostate bro lol i know shit sounds funny but you need to do it
@Chrisos have your girl do it for you

Absolutely right!

Yeah think figure is up about 60% of men die “with” prostate cancer. Not from.

There are slow types that if diagnosed late in life usually left untreated. That said I know someone who recently got diagnosed with one of the slowest forms but at age 63 they deemed too young to leave it so they are removing it.

Most say is from DHT, some say is from oestrogen.

Women’s breast cancer from oestrogen.

I may go on dutasteride also and there’s a peptide called prostemax (discovered in Russia) bit harder to get hold of but I located trustworthy supplier.

On top of all that I’m keeping my GP but changing my specialist. Located guy who is top specialist in field in my part of the world. Brilliant surgeon also if I ever need biopsies or anything else.

Will get ongoing MRI’s also and just learnt is a more sensitive one than last one I got so I’ll go with that next time.

I know some would say I shouldn't do roids, I do plan dropping DHT ones if needed but other side of coin is I’m right on top of things possible more so than average Joe with BPH due to my steroid use. Maybe I’m more likely to get any issues very early compared to them.

I do wish DHT roids didn’t feel so good 😂

Long term I should really prob just stick to test and maybe EQ - Deca possibly also but I hear some get prostate issues from Nor 19 also

@Chrisos sounds like you're on top of your health game, swapping to dutasteride and checking out that prostemax from Russia to manage side effects. Smart move lining up a top specialist and sticking with regular, advanced MRI checks. It's all about balancing those gains with keeping your health in check, especially when dealing with DHT roids and their feels! Keep that vigilance high, brother.
