I had some clients use peptides like TB500 and BPC157 with great success in the past but that was years ago. The problem you are going to run into now is trying to find a legitimate source of peptides. The peptide market is full of fakes. I wish I had a peptide source to recommend but I don't.

If you want to try BPC 157, most people will use a dose of 200mcg per day for 4-6 weeks. Like I said though, it's going to be a bit of a crap shoot to try to find the real thing.

I would use ostarine and a good joint supplement like N2joint rx from n2bm.com instead. Even if you could find a legitimate TB500 or BPC 157 source, I would still argue that ostarine and a good joint supplement would be even more effective. Ostarine is fantastic for healing injuries and promoting recovery, where as a good joint supplement gives your body all the building blocks it needs to actually build and repair cartilage and ligaments. It's also way cheaper then peptides (which are probably fake anyways).

there are some really good exercises you can do at home for tennis elbow

extend your arm out and use the other hand to pull back on your hand for 30 seconds, and then do the same the other way. this stretches out your forearms

also look into cupping or graston technique on your forearms to loosen them up

in the end you need to rest, you don't want the injury to become chronic

I haven't used it because I don't trust peptides. My shoulder is actually fucked right now and I'm just doint N2JointRX and some Ostarine. Just started it recently so I don't have a ton of feedback yet. Also trying to rest it as much as I can.

As long as you have the legit stuff - it should definitely help you. I have read numerous studies and forum boards where people healed their joints successfully.

However there is a big issue with the peptides - very often they are faked, especially on these webshops. People sell god knows what for god knows what prices. It could easily be money thrown out away. I would also recommend getting a good joint supplement and trying the BPC that you are getting, but do not be surprised if it doesnt work as it might not be legit.
