It was a prescribed protocol.

But from personal preference I'd chose mast over winstrol because of how damaging winny could be unless I was going prep.

If I was allowed it would be tren but I'm not haha

They are great haha. I haven't had sugar in months so it feels so wrong with the cocopops lol.

As soon as I bumped 600 on the previous blast prescription they went up more.

Good volume balance too, and those 77.5 kg reverse pec deck sets are heavy! @Maxfatstats

Meaning you did a LOT more by way of warming up etc. Watch the overall volume. On some moves warm ups will NOT be needed. By way of example if you do 2 kinds of curls back to back just warm up on the 1st
Copy bro.
Warm ups are very high RPE, only warming the movement and priming the muscle for correct form

Weight trending up and still holding a lean state. Recomping well, only minor visuals lost over and. Still in a spot to push hard

still some slight pimples from mast

Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing

Some slight agitation and aggression from EQ, nothing that isn't manageable but definitely noticable


Sexual: increased drive and urge especially waking in the morning
