Bulking question

Hey, just another quick question y'all. So I'm starting my bridge next week and will be on that for about 12 weeks, so not starting another cycle for a bit. I just had a quick question regarding what I should do if everything clears up and I feel I'm ok. I would be on my second cycle and was considering deca or EQ. EQ seems like the better alternative for less side effects but not much strength or size. But Deca sounds great but do the gains last as well as EQ? Also I think i'm at risk for gyno when running pro-hormones before so maybe not Deca? Btw I always appreciate all the tips you guys give.
 
You can makes some Great Lean Gains on EQ.
Deca causes Too Much Bloating, unless your Strict with your Diet.

Plus the Sides on Deca can be a bit much for some, especially if you're Gyno Prone........................... JP

Gains are Very Keep-able with EQ.
 
I'm not a fan of Deca myself. Made insane gains, but like JP said, the bloat was also insane. And I eat pretty clean all the time. On or off cycle.

I agree with JP. In my opinion EQ is one of the top two compounds you could take. This is the only cycle out of maybe 7 that I never ran EQ. EQ is a great bulker, the good things about it or it will increase your appetite, it will keep you and vascular. Because like JP said you will not retain any water. It will raise your red blood cell count which will give you more stanima in the gym and in the bedroom..EQ has a sweet spot at 600 mg however since this is only your second cycle I don't know how much test you want to run but I would suggest 700 test 600mg of EQ.. the biggest thing for me is that appetite when you're trying to gain weight you want to eat as much as possible obviously, EQ makes that a lot easier..

you really should research both compounds and make your own decision

i hate having to tell guys what they should run, it is like telling you which flavor ice cream to get or what color shirt to wear. it is up to the individual. all i can tell you is avoid tren until you have atleast a few successful cycles under your belt.

also I know it is tempting to hop on a 2nd 'cycle' but you should focus on recovering fully first, this is very important. don't overuse steroids
 
It really depends on what your goals are. Nothing will put on size and strength like deca. Deca is a very wet compound though so you will also experience a lot of water retention and bloat from it.

You won't get quite the size and strength from EQ but there will be much less water retention or bloat.

Lean gains - EQ
Size and strength without carrying about some bloat - deca

Something like this -

Weeks 1 - 16
testosterone 500mg/week
deca OR EQ 300mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day
cabergoline 0.25mg every other day <- only needed if using deca

Do you think the someone who is running a 400 mg of Tren you should take cabre the whole cycle or just have it on hand in case I get some problems?

400mg/week of tren is a lot of tren. Defiantly run the caber the whole cycle.

Prolactin regulates milk production in lactating females. It's a hormone that actually isn't needed by men at all. Using an anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline throughout your whole cycle will only benefit you.

I was told to take .5 mg once a week but I do not feel like that is enough what do you suggest?

Its funny you ask this question bc I am running both of those cmpds currently along with test and am seeing great results. Mind you, the results take time. EQ is a slow gainer, you will not see quick mass and the scale won't shoot up either. You will just see quality hard, dense muscle begin to build around week 4 and on. I added the Deca bc I wanted to see faster gains and to add a cmpd that I knew was a classic bulker. However, to my surprise when combined with EQ I did not blow up like I thought. I think the longer esters of both EQ and Deca make them slower to work. I eat cleanly day to day and have not put on any water weight and am very vascular. Everything I have heard about deca being a wet cmpd and a bloater is not true (at least with my metabolism) so it really varies from person to person.

As long as your diet is in check, the salt intake is smart and you control your estrogens, deca should not make you bloated.

In a sense it is a wet gainer, as it puffs out the muscle from the inside. But if you get a shit bloated look, you are doing something wrong.

So here, bro, you are doing well with your cycle regarding the deca gains.
