BWL Log/Transformation Challenge

So I cannot find the little cord for my camera at the moment so pictures will be uploaded upon a successful search and rescue mission.

I'll be running a BWL log and participating in the sarms1 transformation challenge over the few weeks.

Stats:
5'11 and 3/4 (It matters dammit)!!!
189 lbs
BF % not lean enough probably around 10

Layout: All oils are BWL
1-12 200mg / wk Test C
2-12 20mg / ed Sarms1 GW501516
1-12 .5mg / e3d caber
1-12 20mg /ed aromasin BWL
3-10 50mg / ed tren a (dose will most likely increase...duration will most likely increase as well....I'm not smart)



Notes:
Today was the first day of week 3, I had to abort my last lab early and change things around a bit as I was having an issue with the oils so I switched over three weeks ago to a cruising dose of BWL Test C and couldn't be happier. The oils are extremely smooth, the draw slowly through a 25g so you can either warm up the bottle under the sink or just enjoy the drop by drop into the pin with a sadistic look on your face like I do. Injection wise, no PIP what so ever (was not the case with the previous lab) and I am very relieved to say the least. The Tren A pinned in similar fashion and I don't expect any issues with these oils.

I don't do cardio.....at all......I don't have the patience for it, I feel stupid on the cardio machines, and I did my fair share of running miles upon miles in another time and I don't miss it. With that said, my Mrs does enjoy cardio so today we did some and I was like DAMMIT I'M SCREWED but surprisingly I had some decent endurance for the lack of cardio I actually do and I would contribute this to the GW501516. I'll be doing cardio a few times a week now just so my endurance doesn't shit the bed from the tren, I would hate to get winded at work....that would lead to a layoff and I need money to support my lifestyle hahaha.

Extremely interested in your Thoughts on the GW with the Tren, for what I've heard that it can bring to the table (so to speak).
Also, I Hear You on the Height, I used to be 6'1/2"
Now 35 years + Post-Laminectomy 5' 11 1/2"

So just a quick update I noticed significant cardio/endurance today during my leg workout. During my 5x5 squats I'm usually winded gasping for air, snarling at people, today I felt pretty damn solid and contribute this to the gw501516.

Another very smooth injection today of test c and tren a. I can't speak more highly of bwl quality.

Eating like a mofo trying to find low calorie snacks. KILLER heart burn. Slightly lethargic at times but I sleep like a friggin baby which is great.

Let me use this downtime to update this:

In the process of moving so things are chaotic.

Also battling a sinus infection/ strep throat so eating....sub par, it boils down to anything I can eat without cringing in pain and crying, been fighting it for about 4 days at first I thought the tren was kicking my ass but I'm glad to see its just my usual battle with the weather extremes (80 degree one day, snow the next day).

Before going into this I was doing a keto diet, within 3 days I realized...well that's not the best option for tren and I'm adjusting my diet accordingly.

I started at 189 and am currently 192 just shy of a week. Really hoping to kick this thing and go at it right and proper.
 
Definitely subbed, I just started a similar cycle in March, BWL tren is disgusting, I've put on about 9 pounds (give or take) and strength is through the roof, you'll love it man, keep us updated

Saw a thread that reminded me of an update:

around the third day into tren I noticed my back acne was just getting TERRIBLE. Now even as a natty, I was no stranger to outbreaks even though I'm 26 I had the complexion of a teenager some weeks. I upped my Aromasin dosage to 20mg ED and this has remedied the back acne with no ill sides effects....except the fucking strep throat destroying my diet, sleep and leaving me high on medicine so I can continue to function at work and hit the gym hahahah.
 
Started this around 188 and am currently sitting at 191.5 and looking a little bit leaner. Really hoping to get back on a more strict diet and get my appetite back soon, some foods just hurt so much to eat its a real battle to get my calories in. So looking to recomp and decide if I'm going to step on stage this year or next, want to see how this comes along.
 
So for the past week I've been popping so many meds just to function and try to survive the work week and sleep that my nutrition has been utterly shit, it boiled down to whatever didn't hurt. With that being said I have continued to lean out, strength has increased, and I have put on another 3 lbs, which for what I've gone through this week is down right miraculous.

Sarm thoughts:

Currently running gw501516 and I can say that my endurance has increased despite being on tren. I have a hatred for the taste of grain alcohol so I just take a swig of liquid and then do my dose, no issue, so anyone who complains they can't handle the taste is just being a little pansy about it, I did this with strep so if I could do it with a raw throat....no excuses.

Black Widow thoughts:
Switching over to this lab was a great decision. The oils are smooth, very minimal p.i.p (pecs only), and clearly effective. Running only 50mgs of tren a ED and with my shit nutrition last week I still saw gains across the board.

Side effects are non existent, no night sweats, no insomnia, not a single negative thing to say so after the move is finalized later this week and I fully recover (probably around 80% right now) I'll be bumping my dose up to 75mgs ED and seeing where that takes me.

Get well bro. Gotta maximize those gains. Glad to see everything's still going well despite being sick. I've currently switched to BWL and it is pretty awesome. Very smooth as you said.

Week two for me. Just starting to recover from whatever the hell knocked me flat. This move isn't helping much either but I'll give a two week update tomorrow.

Sorry for the disappearance gentlemen, the move is finally complete and the internet is up and running so I can officially return to evo!

This week marks the start of the fourth week, first week pictures and fourth week pictures will be uploaded this weekend.

So the first week I had strep, the second week it carried in so my eating was still off, the third week my stove and fridge were empty at the new place and this week the fridge is full stocked and all meals are prepped so I'm back at it again.

I started week one at 188 and am currently sitting at 196 around the same body fat and considering my eating and set backs this is a miracle so I'm looking forward to going in at this 100% on point.

On to the thoughts on BWL:

Vials are filled on point, dare I even say slightly over filled as I was doing between .5 and .6cc ED and lasting just how I anticipated which is great. All vials are filled the same across the board (I have 8 vials of tren A and 2 left of test C) so I don't have to worry about one bottle being slightly unfilled and affecting my dosing.

The oils are flawless, the p.i.p is next to none, I inject Tris, delts, quads and pecs and I wouldn't dare inject tri's with the previous lab I was using as the p.i.p from delts would last for several days with BWL I have no worries about being crippled and all injections go so smooth. (Special thank you to JP for sharing that 5/8 needles could be used across the board for all injections as I much prefer these to the 1 or 1 1/2 that I was previously using, especially for quads and delts!)

Overall my size is up, I'm looking lean (I'm sure a tan would revel more definition so that's next on the agenda), my strength is through the rough and my aggression is up significantly in the gym. I'm receiving a lot of comments at my gym and those who share the lifestyle with me have been asking about BWL a lot recently as they see my progression through this cycle.


GW501516:
The first two weeks I noticed decent endurance and not too many negative cardio sides, that's starting to change the past two weeks and I'm starting to get hit hard with some negative cardio sides. Squats are leaving me floored and running is basically the hardest thing in the world right now. I am pushing myself significantly harder lift wise so that may play a role, and my mile time has increased by plus 1 minute which I suppose isn't awful so I'm going to add an additional cardio session into the week to see if this won't help.

So things are getting back on point. Starting to settle into the new house, thus the mirror is on the floor...along with everything else that's on the to do list the Mrs will make sure of it.

I've been running about .6cc's of tren A daily along with 200mgs of Test C a week and putting on decent size, I was going to do continue a hard cut as I was keto for several months before this log but the recomp effect, the hunger, and the ability to eat food and still maintain decent body fat is always my downfall (along with the woman stocking up on Nutella for the little one...fucking nutella HOW CAN YOU SAY NO)!!! But I'm very happy with progress so far, a tan is most definitely needed to show off proper progress so I'll get working on that.

For the first time in a year I had to run and for not running and being on tren doing a mile and a half in 9 minutes was awesome ( I don't run, fuck cardio, seriously disregard cardio so I don't want to hear about my time) and I can safely assume this was due to the gw 501516, 4 scoops of c4, 4 advil and the emergen-C cocktail I made beforehand.

So now on to my plans for the remainder of this cycle...everyday I always add an extra .something CC of tren so I'm going to finally give in and finish the remainder of this cycle off between .75 - 1cc of tren A daily leaning towards the 1cc because basically I'm already around .7

No trensomnia and I'm pretty sure the night sweats are from lack of air conditioning and the humidity and frankly I'm not bothered by sides so I'm not really concerned about it at all.

BWL continues to be very on point with their vials and I would say they are even over filled to adjust for any waste that may occur as I'm never short even a .1 of a cc on the end of the vial. The care this lab puts into their product shows from their communication, shipping, packaging, to their final product. Stand up lab to say the least.

I started after you I'm ending before you lol. Only eight weeks for tren especially since I'm going up to 700mgs a week. Then it's back to cruise mode for a bit

@nsnmatty , how many cycles have you ran to date? And not to derail your thread... besides reading up on stuff and getting bf% in range - what do you feel makes a person 'ready' to get on?
 
First time this blast. Not bad for thirty pins in. Tried a new spot on chest, felt the tingle, the tightening, calming removed the needle with half a cc left, grabbed the sterile wipe and placed it near my mouth took a few deep breaths and only coughed violently for about thirty seconds. Read somewhere breathing the sterile wipe helps.

Changed needles and just stabbed lower quad to finish. Fun day. 20 hours between work and lifting. Time to chug nyquil and try to sleep to do it all again tomorrow.

My first tren cough scared the hell out of me. I didn't know what was going on and I was home alone and expecting to pass out haha. Every time after that was tolerable but that first time was a definite holy shit moment

If you can, get an inhaler! That's what I always use when I feel a cough coming. But it does not happen every time.

Run hot a lot more often, night sweats are a bit more prevalent so time to adjust my carbs to avoid this, but I like my carbs so I may just say fuck it and deal with it.

Hair, I've been growing it out since the winter but the past week or so I've noticed it "breaks" more often than usual, almost like I'm shedding an issue I didn't have around 525 mgs but one that I did expect around this dose.

Aggression, the Mrs no likey to take me out....anywhere. My mental filter is starting to weaken and I'm just a bit more dickish than usual lately, I'm okay with this....she is not, oh well she's always cold at night so if she wants to cuddle up against this unusually warm body she will cope for another three weeks. Pencil necks in the squat rack doing stupid shit....I have no remorse for the things I say to them, assholes.

Oh side note of jinxing myself:

"Oh boy this is great not a single tren cough this cycle" BAM TREN COUGH THE NEXT DAY
..."at least I didn't fuck up a quad pin in months"....next day a nerve and two blood vessels.

Last pin was yesterday. Sitting around 202.5 will be posting pictures in a few days after I cut carbs and start to dry out a little bit.

Couple things:

Side Effect City these past two weeks. Viscous night sweats, like soak the sheets with A.C on full blast, wake up in a puddle of sweat .
-Trensomnia, started the same time the sweats did, had trouble falling asleep out of nowhere around week 6 and would religiously wake up around 2:30 am every night and just lay there sweating my ass off.
-Hair started to getting really dry, it goes down to my eye brows so I have a nice full thick head of hair but I noticed it would break much more easy and would shed significantly more.

Due to those sides I wound up backing my dose down to .5cc ED, the sides remained, but I felt somewhat better.

Cardio fucking died. Like just absolutely plummeted once I ran out of GW.

All in all GW does well with the cardiovascular sides. BWL tren is legit as it kicked my ass up and down from weeks 6-8 which slightly confused me with it being Ace, but hey I made killer progress and all in all I'm very happy with this run even with the new place, wedding planning and everything else.
 
Ya I'm still on 600 week of tren. Plus the eq and cyp. Definatly feel u on the night sweats and I wake up every few hours while sleeping kind of a pain.
