So I'm about to start my first bulking cycle and want to have my diet on point during the cycle!! I have looked at the carb cycle http://www.evolutionary.org/cycling-carbohydrates and just want to know if this is a good diet to use or do I need more of a protein diet ?? Also I'm running an all oral cycle and will be using the N2G and it says to use them 7 ed is this correct or does it need to be more/less ?
