So I'm about to start my first bulking cycle and want to have my diet on point during the cycle!! I have looked at the carb cycle http://www.evolutionary.org/cycling-carbohydrates and just want to know if this is a good diet to use or do I need more of a protein diet ?? Also I'm running an all oral cycle and will be using the N2G and it says to use them 7 ed is this correct or does it need to be more/less ?

It is definitely a good diet to follow, and personally I think that it is the best way of eating one can come up with. Unlike many other diets, it does not exclude any particular foods from your nutrition, and yet it is very effective for fat loss and lean mass gains. The good thing about it, is that you can adapt that diet to your needs, so you can definitely grow with lean mass by following this diet.
 
That is a great diet you have there and yes, 7 caps per day is optimal for taking along side an oral steroid. I would still prefer you to add an injectable like testosterone so you can keep more of your gains than with an oral only cycle. Please update us as you go with your results. I wrote the article you are referring to. Carb cycling gives you the best of everything. It is a great way to put on muscle while staying leans. Carbs are very anabolic but too much carbs will just make you fat. Carb cycling maintains a high muscle insulin sensitivity so you don't just get fat.

Run the diet exactly as laid out. There is no need to add any additional protein to the diet.

The best way to take N2guard is to split up your daily dosage to ensure optimal absorption. I would take 3-4 pills with breakfast and with dinner.
 
I usually follow carb cycling whenever I hit plateau when I am cutting. Otherwise I would just follow simple caloric deficit
 
I've been carb cycling consistently for over a year and my body has responded tremendously to it. What's not to like about shedding fat and building muscle at the same time?
Beware though, any keto based diet will make u miserable and feeling like a girl during the first week or so as your body makes the shift to using fat instead of glucose as primary energy source. After that it's smooth sailing, granted you have the discipline to stick to it. Best of luck
