What type of cardio is good for fat loss? Every day cardio 2 time is good for fat loss? 30min am and pm cardio.thkx

1 hour of moderate exercise burns about 500 calories in a male and half that in a female

a lot of bodybuilders and lifters in general are against cardio, its a culture thing I guess. considering I have a background in endurance sports for me cardio is the absolute best way to both lose fat and strengthen the heart. it is much more brutal to run for an hour then lift weights for an hour. I don't care how hard your intensity is. a lot of lifters at the gym have bellies and they are some of the strongest fuckers at the gym who I see day in and day out. go to a 5K race and find me guys who are running sub 25 minutes who have bellies.. you won't find many. point is cardio works

how much cardio you need, there isn't a black and white answer. I personally think everyone needs 1 hour a day of exercise for optimal health. just do SOMETHING everyday

I recommend 3-4 cardio sessions per week, each 30-45 minutes. Cardio is simply a means to burn calories. Too much cardio will negatively impact your recovery from your weight workouts and lead to a skinny fat look of your physique. If you are trying to loose fat, focus on your diet. Simply add in a few cardio sessions per week to burn additional calories. Cardio has it's place but less is more.
 
Yes you right in this reasone i cant not burn my lower abs fat .i do much cardio 45 am and pm with wight traning .thkx

It is all about the combination and the right balance between diet and cardio. I would even say that it is mostly diet, and cardio is a way of enhancing the effects of your diet.

As for the types of cardio, there is no black or white answer. As long as you make your heart race and burn calories, you can do all sorts of exercises.

I do incline walking on a treadmill 20-45 mins after my workouts, as it doesnt get me fatigued and helps to burn fat
 
I've started doing some HIIT work on a Mini-Trampoline with my PT.

This will definitely burn some fat, and not leave you totally burnt...................................... JP

From what I've been hearing HIIT is the most effective. But you can't get shredded without a proper diet.

I read this artical and i think hiit is best for me 3 to 4 days . And i wounder when i know that wight training can be affective for fat loss same as cardio
