Cell mass

I've read a bit about the stuff, but would like to hear some recent opinions. CellMass claims to be good for 'creatine non-responders', and I've tried a less expensive Ethyl Ester (cheaper than CellMass, anyway) and a standard Creatine Mono with no noticeable results. I'm also wondering if CellMass is strictly for the younger guys, or if it is of benefit to us middle aged types as well.?

It works well. Almost no soreness and good strength gains. I always get water retention with creatine, and this one was no different. I don't normally respond to creatine but this one worked well. Good but there's better out there. It has virtually no taste, its like a lightly flavored water.

In what way is is better for non-responders? I don't believe that claim one bit.
There are nowadays so many different forms of creatine but according to research there are no noticeable difference as far as effectiveness goes. Maybe some small differences in solubility and how your body absorbs them but that's about it.

Stick with a regular creatine monohydrate powder. No point wasting your money on an over priced creatine supplement that will be no more effective then a regular monohydrate
