Trained legs hard today. Skipped 3/5 meals today in preparation for my ANTHONYS COAL FIRED throw down.

Def couldn’t eat as much as I thought I would.

Got down 10 wings with the caramalized onions ( if you know...you know !!! ). 3 slices of tomatoe basil mozerrella pizza.

Forgot what it felt like to be so full and gross lol.

It’s been months since I ate anything like that. I’m down 35-40 lbs in the last 5 months so this def felt good. Think I got it out of my system now !!!

Back on the grind.

LOL what i would give to have ONE day like that bro, just one! its been so many years... glad you got it out of your system!
 
flexible dieting is something i have experimented with

I will do it if i know i am going to have a big dinner. so i will not eat anything all day and then eat a big dinner..

or if i want a slice of cheesecake (500 calories), same thing..

OR another option is put in an hour of cardio then eat a slice to offset it. you won't lose weight that way but you won't gain either

obviously someone fat i would not recommend doing the above, you got a long way to go as it is!
 
I’m down to 190 from 230 ish. I know there is still 10-15 lbs left to come off till I look how I want to look. Still have pretty big handles etc.

Felt weird taking a cheat this close to my goal. But after a long period of time in a deficit I figured I’d relax it for a meal.

But now back to laser focus mode and gonna get stricter than ever wirh diet and cardio. And get these last handful of lbs off.

I’m proud of myself tho.... in the past I would have started my gear already and ended up looking like a piece of shit. A big one though lol

But I made a promise I’m not gonna start until I’m LEAN. And I seem to be sticking to it.

i wish i had this problem after 10 weeks of deiting i cant eat enough lol
 
my arm has not recovered yet so I cant start the bulk cycle. but when I do, I will eat min 50 glazed donuts after a tough workout.
