I can't fucking believe it's just over 3 weeks till show time! Here are some pics from tonight just board at the house. About to go do some cardio....

Coming down from 280 to 230ish has been a fucking journey...here we are though with just 25 days to go....

Halo will be added this Sunday. I added some GW for fun. No real just figured hey why not...
At this point.looks like I will come under weight. I'm trying to hover here at 230. Actually weighed 228 a couple hours ago... anyway. Want to hover here and tighten things up.with the halo.

It's all coming together. I've gotten some extreamly positive feedback on the package I'm about to bring. Just keep pushing one day at a time.

Damn man, 280 to a lean 230 ain't no joke! Sounds like a good idea to just tighten up from there. With the halo and once you drop water, you should be shredded as hell. Keep it up.

Some Guys do Sodium Loading to Dry Out and other do Carb Loading to fill out and get Hard.

So here's the plan....
Going to water cycle for sure. Going to hot 2 galling a day here on out and then cut to 1 gallon just a week before the show.

Day before I will start by eating 1 cup of granola every 2-3 hours while limiting my water. Granola can't digest without water. It's going to try and pull all it can from what's existing in my body.

I will hit 2 caps of dyazide the night before the shoe and then 1 cap immediately before stage time.

Carb/ sugar load will be no problem. Il probably do a few bottles of honey for that. Probably hit about 800 total before the show. We will see what I can get down.

What does your chest workout look like?
Did chest last night...

warm up cable flies.
inline bench.
Wide grip chest press
Underhand flies

On a medicine ball... in the cable flies. Start sitting up on the ball and hit 12 underhand flies. Immediatly roll down to laying on the ball and hit 12 regular flies. I do 5-6 sets.

Land mine press. Take a box to sit in. A military bar with 25's sit on the box grab the bar and press from the center of your chest.

Il get a vid up soon maybe. And btw I finish on a triple drops for every excersise.

Trying. Hahah wanna be wider. And tris are my favorite muscle to train. They are not genetically strong I don't think other than good insertions, I just train them twice a week.

What did your diet look like if you don't mind me asking
I carb cycle and keep my protein super high.

Never go below 350g of protein. Usually.im at 400-450... carbs never go over 150. At low points my carbs are down around 60. I don't do well lower and there's no real need honestly.

No dairy at all. I don't take in any excess sugars really except now I'm doing honey before bed cause my sleep sucks.

Other than that man... Nothing crazy. I give myself a macronstruxture and take in whatever it takes to get there with few limitations. Obviously the no dairy and all but other than that I try to let it stay interesting for me.

As long as j hit my macro goal with healthy foods I'm cool. I absolutly despise cookie cutter plans. And laid out meal plans. Fucking terrible. Not everyone responds the same.

Completely true. To get truly shredded, you are going to need to suffer.

VERY FEW people can get inside out shredded eating 300+ grams of carbs per day.

I agree 100% but you know everyone is different. I personally don't like eating a lot of carbs regardless the situation. Don't like to do more than 50g per meal but I'll only do that in the first meal and the rest only 25g. After training I go no carbs. My training partner doesn't understand it but 150g a day max is all I need. Start to feel bloated with more than that.

Good luck bro - but I gotta ask - what's your shoulder press max? Crazy huge/impressive.
Honestly man I don't train shoulders. I might do them 2 or 3 times a month but that's about it. I used to train them a ton but I always kept it fairly light. Never went over 2 plates on military and never over 125lbs dumbbells.
