cialis has a long half life. so you can take it a few hours prior.

i would take the minimum always. and never use it frequently

i recommend guys not use these, you will become dependent on them. ED issues are a red flag of usually heart problems which causes poor blood flow to the penis. to fix this you need to repair your heart first.

Almost certainly the same as what most pills etc are dosed with. So 20mg

You can start with 5mg or 10mg and see how you respond. I wouldn't go higher than 20mg though.
