Clen and T3 metaboic boost

Can anyone provide a estimation of about how much more calories can one expect to burn with the addition of 50mcg T3 + a medium dosage of Clen say 60-90mcg?

I'm aware there is no supporting literature to provide this information, but I'm still willing to hear people's opinions on it.

Would it be reasonably safe and conservative to expect a extra 300-400 kcals burnt from 50mcg T3 + 60mcg Clen ?

Everyone's body is different so literally no way to estimate that and is that an extra 300-400 with just daily movement or additional calories burned through exercise?

I also wouldnt run Clen or T3 but thats me.

I'm talking about what calories the drugs burn alone, everything else is already clear to me as far as TDEE.

So I dont think 300-400 calories additional a day would be out of the realm of possibility. Its also going to depend though on your height, weight, etc. A 6'6" 300 pound guy with a TDEE of say 3,000 calories a day is going to burn more just moving than a guy who is 5'7" 150 pounds. Also natural metabolism is going to factor in too.

Its really just a guess. My issue is clen has nasty sides. I used it once and never again. T3 you are messing with your thyroid. Again something I wouldnt touch.

On T3 my strength went way down. Cramping was awful. Sweating through my shirts at work. It burns everything not just fat I felt very weak on it.

Having said all that I would say if you have them and are dead set on running them just run them and see how it goes I dont think anyone can give you an accurate estimate but 300-400 calories seems possible.

i understand you want to lose weight but a T3 and clen stack is a lousy way to do it in terms of results and risks.

but if you do go that route i hope you come back down the line and update so others can see it isn't worth it

I understand this forum has certain commercial interests that are a priority above anything else so the answers people get might be a bit biased towards one side rather than objective and I respect that as well as the knowledge of certain members here, but all I asked was a technical question. As for why it isn't worth it, why isn't it worth it ? It's perfect for cutting. Might not be for everyone but it works.

It’s not a commercial thing it’s more of a risk vs reward question.

Clen and T3 will cut for sure but it’s not looking at it long term. Again you can run it and post up how it went and see if it was worthwhile. Just giving personal experience that clen was not fun for me and I capped out after 2 weeks and I ran only 60mcg a day. I’m 6’9” 265 pounds too so it’s not like it was a significant dose either.

If you want to run it go for it and again post up how it went.

Yea that was a typo in my post I was flat and depleted on clen. Literally felt like trash was sweating all the time, insomnia, heart racing, jittery, and felt weak like no strength.

I dropped weight but my strength took a hit so after 2 weeks (typically you run 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks back on, etc) I dropped it just wasnt for me.

I actually would run an ECA stack before clen ever again. On T3 I havent personally used it but friends have and you can get some similar side effects like heart palpitations, tiredness, etc.

Thats why stacked I think they are a really bad idea. If you are low dosing and want to try it then again up to you. My heart health though trumps any weight loss effects from those 2 compounds.

They have some rough sides at first, that's why you're supposed to taper the dosage and slowly go up as per tolerance. The sides subside quickly as the body gets adjusted to the drugs but they continue working. They would be dangerous if abused long term for sure, but used on rare ocassions when you need a extra boost from something that can really change body composition and you are already on anabolics, I do not see how you could suffer any permanent damage if dosaged and used properly.
