Clen cycle

This is my cycle I want to drop body fat. Stats are 5’10 190lbs not 100% sure on the bf but around 15 and been training for 6 years and have used SARMs not steroids and Clen is the closest I’ve gotten this will be my first this is what I got

Clen Cycle 2w on 2w off for 10w:

Taurine-
Day 1-70: 2grams in morning and 2grams at mid-noon (3pm)

Clen-
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 80mcg
Day 5: 100mcg
Day 6: 120mcg
Day 7-14: 140mcg

Yohimbine HCL-
Day 1: 2.5mgs in the morning and 2.5mgs at noon
Day 2: 5mgs morning and 5mgs noon
Day 3: 7.5mgs morning and 7.5mgs noon
Day 4-14: 10mgs morning and 10mgs noon


Clen-
Day 15-28: Off

Yohimbine HCL-
Day 15-28: Off


Clen-
Day 29: 80mcg
Day 30: 100mcg
Day 31: 120mcg
Day 32-42: 140mcg

Yohimbine HCL-
Day 29: 7.5mgs in morning and 7.5mgs at noon
Day 30-42: 10mgs morning and 10mgs at noon

Day 43-70: Off

We get Clen topics every other day, sometimes every day. Search for "clen" on this forum and you will get your answer. Nobody here will advise you run it in any amounts.

most people hate using clen and do not get the results they desire.. that is a fact if you search around. many people start clen logs and then quit a couple weeks into it cause they just aren't seeing any results and the sides are too great

i'm all for experimenting for yourself so go for it, just don't expect that after a week on it you will find the sides worth the hassle

personally i've tried it twice and vowed both times to never touch that poison again

there are so many better ways to lose body fat

Bro .. clen is horrible .. it's super unhealthy and it affects your heart directly .. do find something else please
 
I’m 20 years old bro

are you overweight at 20?

if so now is the time to make changes to how you eat.

there is no reason for you to go into adulthood fat and clen isn't the solution at all.
