Heyy, so I've just bought 2 cycles of clen. I've done all my reasearch and tried to get as much information as possible. I've decided that I want to do the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycle and repeat it a second time if I'm not happy with the results by the end of my first cycle. I just wanted some opinions from anyone who's personally done the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycle? I'd also really appreciate any simple or handy diet plans that you have found helped too! Now I've read a few articles all saying that I need to supplement with taurine to help with the rebound effect of cramps etc. a few people said all they needed was taurine and a couple others said they it didn't work at all and that they also needed magnesium and potassium? I was just wondering if I'd be better of with the powdered form of taurine or capsules? And if anyone could recommend a brand that would be amazing too! Also a friend brought it to mind, but I've read a few things saying that I'd cycled correctly clenbutorel will stay in your system when the cycles are completed. Is that true? So once I'm finished my cycles I don't have to worry about my body going back up in size as long as I'm still training, eating right etc? Id appreciate any information anyone can provide me as I want to be sure I get a full understanding of how everything works and what I need to be doing to ensure full safety for myself!
 
Should you be truly interested in ensuring full safety for yourself, then you will flush that crap down the nearest toilet. Clen is extremely dangerous and not at all necessary. Flush it. Your heart will thank you.

clen was popularized thanks to celebs like britney spears and lindsay lohan using them and losing weight.. also zyzz seemed to love anything that tortured his heart. it is really to me an outdated drug in the fitness world

a really good stack to lose weight safely is:

sr9009 before exercise
cardarine
(both from sarms1)
n2slin from n2bm before meals

not only will you lose weight but you will also increase endurance.. and to prevent muscle wasting while in a deficit you can stack in ostarine or LGD too
 
Clenbuterol was never meant for fat loss purposes, and when taken at dosages needed for that it will cause a lot of side effects (such as headached, crams, increased blood pressure, stomach disorders, insomnia, and many more stim related side effects). Besides, it is completely catabolic, so it will not only burn fat, but also lean muslce mass. Therefore, it will mostly reduce your overall mass, not just fat. What's more, it will also increase cortisol levels, which may lead to further fat gains, and other undesired effects.

For this reason, I strongly recommend you to use some safer alternatives that were meant for fat loss and recomping all along. For instance, Cardarine GW will effectively burn fat, but at the same time it will maintain your lean mass. Additionally, it will greatly enhance your endurance and recovery, leading to improved cardio performance, which will ultimately help with fat loss even more. The best part of it is that it causes no side effects at all.

You can stack it with N2Slin, which is a potent nutrient partitioner, which will redistribute insulin into the muscles instead of fat. It does not have side effects either, so it is completely safe to use. I have personally used both, and my wife has also done so - the results were always beyong expectations, and there were no issues at all.

Clenbuterol is an asthma drug. Using clenbuterol for fat loss is like trying to use a cholesterol medication to cure depression.

I agree with the suggestions give by @stevesmi and @levbutlerov

There are much better options then clenbuterol that will give you better results, without any of the side effects.

Quite true. So if you do use Clen you should at least be sure to also begin taking a Benadryl tablet every day for two weeks following the cessation of your Clen cycle. That way you'll at least give your beta-2 receptors a fighting chance. But, really, I don't know of a single knowledgeable bodybuilder that still uses Clen. But to each his or her own.
 
Stay away from the clean, stick to cardarine and SR9009. Better results and a million times safer!
 
Just from my personal experience I hate clen. It is absolute shit when it comes to side effects. You can get just as good of results with taking absolutely nothing. Clen might slightly increase metabolism but guess what?......you will also lose muscle! Some of the sides you can expect are the shakes, heartburn, insomnia, heart strain, sweating, muscle cramps, high blood pressure, racing heart.........

Any other legit website you can recommend. sarms1 is currently out of stock and I've been searching for a trustworthy website for some time now. Very new to taking stuff outside of GNC.
 
So upon the advice of you guys, I've decided to do the following:
1. Stay away from GNC like the plague it is. :D
2. NOT take Clenbuterol
3. Stack Cardarine GW, SR9009 and N2Slin.
a. Cardarine: 20mg each morning
b. SR9009: 10 mg each morning, 10mg each evening
c. N2Slin: before largest meal of the day (lunch)

I haven't found much info on when to take it. So, my question is, is this the optimal method of stacking these three items? Currently my meals consist of protein and veggies, not very many carbs, no junk food, or fried foods. I'm 5ft 4in weighing 175 and trying to increase muscle mass and drop fat, about 25% body fat at the moment. Also, the Cardarine and SR9009 taste like crap, do I just take it straight up or am I supposed to mix it with something, I've only read that grapefruit would be okay to mix it with as long as I drink it immediately. And finally, I bought my stuff from IRC.BIO since sarms1 has been unresponsive and I'm unable to add a payment method. Has anyone had positive outcomes with IRC.Bio, or know of another reputable website that I can pay without having to dig into bitcoins?
 
I was also looking at running Clen but thanks to the evo brothers I am avoiding it like the plague although I am finding it difficult to find a reliable source for the SARMs triple stack.
 
I'm a bit in disagreement with what's written above ... :-)

According to my personal experience. While remaining within a 120mcg safety range (divided into two daily intakes) I have not seen all this hell by clen.

I personally used also it with tbol and I found myself well.

I always start with 20mcg for a few days, gradually rising up to 120mcg. The 2 weeks ON and 2 weeks OFF is a wrong logic, you just have to use it as long as the thermogenic effect is present.

I drank 3-4L of water per day, 3-5gr of taurine. Within a few days the side effects are minimal (I personally experienced only tremor in the hands ...) and you can go ahead very well.

I lifted weights under another thrust, as well as aerobic exercise takes another boost ... I've always been able to stay in my range of heartbeats and running faster.

Last year Clen helped me (HELP, WITH DIET AND TRAINING) to go from 20% to 14% fat mass in a month.

Of course this is just my experience.

What I do not trust is the anti-catabolic effectiveness that many people use in PCT. During PCT the risk of losing muscle is high, clenbuterol accelerates your metabolism and may make you lose muscle, but many say it have a good muscle preserv.

The "rub" respecting compounds that negatively impact the cardiovascular system, the central nervous system and Beta 2 receptors is that it often takes several years for symptoms to manifest. By that time, though, the damage has been done.
