U can load for a week at 4 sprays each nostril morning and night, however nearly everyone I know gets pretty bad nausea.
This is why I suggest 2 each nostril morning and night.

Ive done injections in the past 500mcg daily first week then 500mcg once a week for 3 weeks. And that’s all I needed. And I was barely getting sun exposure. I never got any nausea doing it like that. But yeah with the spray I have no idea so thanks for the info

Just recently, I have escalated my dose to 5IU and I can confidently say that is where the vivid dreams kick in for me. I like that, mainly because I don't experience vivid dreams very often, and the last 3 days has been consecutive. Will share bloods on this dose to see the effect on IGF1 and fasting insulin in a couple of weeks.@Core Pharma your HGH is bloody ridiculous! haha
I measured my baseline IGF1 levels before starting this cycle and I got 17.2nmol/L and after taking 3 IU nightly of Core Pharma HGH for only 2 weeks, it took me to IGF1 levels of 53 nmol/L. That's over double of what I started with and on really only a modest dose too
I have experienced a little elevated fasting insulin numbers in the process though, so I will begin supplementing Berberine and keeping an eye on it in the meantime. Other than that, I have very minimal water retention, and also great sleep and recovery! I haven't used it long enough to notice fat loss, but I certainly haven't put on any fat in the meantime.

Currently 6 weeks in using @Core Pharma gh, did my blood last week, 5 weeks in 3 iu a day pre workout which I prefer rather than before bed. My pre cycle blood growth hormone was 0.2 and it has bumped to 25 also my igf- 1 was around 17 and has bumped to 41. Which r very solid number for 3iu gh daily. I have been logging his gh and it has really helped me to stay leaner, fuller and recovery, sleep has been really great. If anyone looking to incorporate gh you cannot go wrong with @Core Pharma blood work speak itself.
