Crazy cramps

Check that you are staying properly hydrated and are getting electrolytes. Adding potassium and taurine to your supplements usually helps too.

This can occur due to a multitude of reasons.

More often than not it's usually that you're not having a sufficient water intake, second to low sodium/magnesium and then looking further onto electrolyte and potassium issues.

I'd start by ensuring you're drinking enough water and I'd pick up a potassium/magnesium supplement and see how that fairs.

key things here for you... get plenty of water, potassium, and electrolytes... potassium supplements barely have any potassium in them and not the best plan... make changes to your diet if you are lacking in potassium... most people are and have no idea but the average intake you should be at for potassium varies but more often than not its recommended to get 4700 mg per day... i would at least try to be near that...

So i get these insane muscle cramps after a workout. Often times periodically throughout the day. Chest is by far the worst offender. Get those more often and more intense than any other kind of cramp. The bigger and stronger i get the worse they get. I heard of old time BB's using muscle relaxers. Looking for solutions.

Not true. Nor true of modern guys.

you don't want to use any sort of muscle relaxer. anyone who tells you that is a moron. inflammation is very important post workout as your body repairs and grows.

it sounds to me like you are doing a combo of overtraining and not consuming electrolytes
