Creatine and cooking

PUDS

EVO V.I.P.
Can I use creatine to cook? Was thinking of adding it to my eggs, but read that it would get messed up with high temperature, is that true?

It's not even stable in liquid form and I don't think it would stand the heat.

Need Venom?? I'll bite ya 😉

the way you would do this to ensure that it did not ruin it is right as your are finishing cooking your eggs, pull them off the stove... set the pan down and drop your powder in... do NOT put back on the stove... mix with a spatula and immediately scoop your eggs off your pan and onto your plate... that way, you have not cooked it and although its warm, it will not be ruined and it will still mix properly with your eggs and ooze out when you eat it... take the eggs off a bit earlier than you normally would as well...

Personally I would just stick to mixing your creatine in with a drink. I don't think cooking with it is the best idea

Just mix it with some dextrose and whey to build muscle post workout. Cooking with it just sounds ridiculous lol.

Can't get too hot have to add after cooked

Step# 1 put eggs in blender (raw). Step #2 put creatine in blender. Step # 3 blend Step #4 Enjoy. High temps kills some properties of proteins and aminos. In this case to be safe I would not heat the creatine. Beef has creatine in it, however I am certain the creatine and protein content is deminished at a certain tempurature. Word up.

Yes, with a good approach, you can create anything in terms of nutrition. I've been in bodybuilding for 10 years and I do not limit myself to eating. I eat even French fries at the right proportions and cooking with help of. Also, I advise everyone here to try pizza on the meat cake. Yes exactly. This is flying away and you can not be afraid of fat thighs.
