creatine dosing schedule

I'm 21 years old and never used a supplement before, my parents never believed in taking any cause they said it stressed out the kidneys. my question is now that i am out of the house i want to start using creatine, but i don't want to mess up my kidney's either. what dosage should i use and what brand?
 
bro...you're young start slow...even with creatine...n2bm has good creatine and you can check cardazol low dose...
 
creatine does not stress out the kidney's. explain to your parents that creatine is NATURALLY found in our bodies already and our food.

the only thing creatine can cause issues with is bloat if you overdose or are very sensitive to it cause it backs up in your intestines like what would happen when you consume dairy.
 
As per a reply of mine in my tips thread and on FB the irony here is strong.

I bet Ma and Pa are more than ok with doc prescribed meds. I bet they have (religious aspect aside) an occasional drink. Ditto the odd smoke etc. And all of these can do damage. But take, what is essence, concentrated food... now you're potentially harming the body. Doesn't make sense.

I'm reminded of something that I had to deal with. Back in the day my dad had recently passed training as a paramedic (prior to that here in the UK you was an Ambulance man/person) so... anyway he catches my using a Weider 'Anabolic Mega Pak'. Cue the 'he's using roids' cos of the word anabolic. Those of you who remember the product know it was just vitamins. Indeed Weider got more flak for the name and had to pay a fine over product description than anything else.
 
Creatine is the perfect supplement to take for a performance boost as a young natural guy. It is safe, effective and cheap. The great thing is that you can just take 5g per day indefinitely. No need to cycle on and off or do a "loading" phase or anything like that. I recommend Ancient Strength from N2BM because it is easy to just take the 3 tablets per day. Much more convenient than mixing these gritty powders. The powders also often have added ingredients like fillers, artificial colour/sweetener/flavours. Ancient Strength is just pure creatine.
 
Creatine is a great starting point. 5g per day is fine, and avoid loading in the first week as this can cause bloating and lower GI issues.
