Supplemental creatine is nothing more then the amino acids glycine, arginine, and methionine synthesized together. It can not contribute to fat loss or fat gain.
The only thing I can think of is that you are not using a stand alone creatine product and instead are using a creatine product that has a lot of carbohydrates and sugars added. Carefully read the ingredients.
Looks to me like you are just getting bloated, which can be solved with more water intake. Maybe there are some other supplements that you are taking and could be causing the issue? Some protein perhaps?
That is a lot of water weight buddy. Bad creatine is the culprit plus monohydrate does cause some bloat but it goes away after a few days when your body gets used to the extra creatine.
