Got this new creatine called Creatine-XS it was by Ronnie coleman former Mr. O. Do I need to load it? researching that loading and maintaining is different.

bro i dont like that ronnie coleman creatine...rather use ancient strength creatine...for loading use 10grams/day...maintain with 5grams/day

There is a lot of misinformation when it comes to creatine.

There is no need to load or cycle creatine. Dose 5-10g per day. When you take it does not matter but the best time to supplement with it is pre and post workout as your body is more inclined to absorb nutrients at that period and supplementing with creatine post workout will replenish depleted creatine phosphate stores from your workout.

I like the creatine formula Ancient Strength from n2bm.com. Each serving contains 5g of a creatine monohydrate, creatine pyruvate and creatine HCL blend. I take 1 serving pre and post workout.

Tried both, and definitely like the ancient strength more. Regarding the question in matter, there is no need to load creatine - just use 5-10 grams per day.

Like stated above creatine is cheap and you shouldn't over pay for it. It's a basic and easy supplement that does not need to be over thought. Just take 5-10g per day pre and/or post workout.

I use and recommend ancient strength

You dont need to load creatine dude....
