I do crossfit workouts 3 times a week with 2 strength-focused Olympic lifting sessions per week. I am looking for a cycle that will enable me to improve my endurance in the metcons while also helping me gain some strength with regards to my lifts. Basically I am looking to gain strength without hindering (and hopefully improving) my cardio. Any recommendations?
