Crossfitter seeking performance boost

Hello all,

I am new to the site and I am seeking info before I order and start SARMS. I am 45. I have been an on and off athlete. I started crossfit seven months ago and I have embraced its benefits. However, I feel that my performance has leveled off. I do not want to do roids. SARMS seems like a safer alternative. I weigh 240. BF: 20% My diet is fairly clean. I have been managing my diet with macros and that has helped, but I am seeking fat loss (especially midsection), better strength and endurance. I have read plenty about SARMS, but at a point the information becomes confusing. I have decided to stay away from S4 (scary vision sides!).

I am thinking of using:
GW501516
LGD 4033
MK 2866

I'd rather just use one, if possible, that will have all of my desired results. I am not a competition athlete, nor do I have the desire. I have a physically demanding job that crossfit enhances greatly. I am also not interested in a PCT. Six months ago I was diagnosed with Low T. I have been taking Androgel since with decent results in strength, intensity, and overall improvements in well-being.

well before anything you need to drop that body fat down bro. you will only spin your wheels at crossfit being that high, trust me on that

SARM's can help you with that. why not run the cutter stack of S4+GW, get your body fat down.. then you can take shit to the next level by using something like the triple stack to boost strength, muscle, and endurance.
 
If you are going to just run one SARM, cardarine is going to be your best option -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/
Cardarine will directly increase fat loss, endurance and recovery. The nicest thing about cardarine is that it's not a hormone or a stimulant so there's no worries about hormone suppression, PCT, cortisol increases or anything like that.

I agree with @stevesmi though. I would run cardarine + S4

Honestly, the whole vision side effect thing is over blown. If you are using 50mg/day, I doubt you will experience them at all. Usually people only experience the vision side effects when using a dosage of 75mg+/day. Even if you do experience them, it's nothing serious at all. In short, the S4 molecule will bind to the receptor in the eye, which will cause a yellow tint to be seen in short amounts of time. If you stop taking the S4, the vision side effects will go away in a few days.

If you dont want to use S4, you could use LGD instead. Both are really good SARMS. I would say S4 is slightly better for goals however.
 
I like the 3 you picked out but if you were only going to run 1 of them it would be Cardarine. This is because of your sport. It will give the best endurance benefits. LGD would give the most lean muscle gains and Ostarine would give the best recovery.
 
As a crossfitter, you already made a good choice for being more favourable towards SARMS then steroids, as they are much more beneficial in your case.

I have a friend who does crossfit and I recommended him ostarine (mk2866) and cardarine stack. His performance skyrocketed. All olympic lifts went up and he trains like a machine now. Trully satisfied with the combo and definitely interested in continuing for another round of the stack.

However if the money is tight, then opt for cardarine. If you can add, then definitely add ostarine. And finally LGD (or S4, whichever you think is better).
