Cycle Advice Sus/Mast

First time posting here. Have done more reading than posting. Have a few questions. My stats are 35 yrs. old, 5'10", 205 lbs., 13% body fat, training for over 10 years. I have been on trt at 100mg Cyp every 5 days for 8 or so years. I have ran 1 blast cycle at 300mg every 5 days about 2 years ago for 10 weeks. I want to add 10 lbs or so solid lean mass and tighten up. I have the below in mind. Thoughts?
Weeks 1 thru 10
250mg Sus every 5 days
200mg Masteron Enanthate every 5 days

Masteron at this dosage is useless with 13% bf. 250 mg of Sust is just a heavy try dose. I've cruised at that level for min... lots of times
 
Appreciate the feedback. Do you have thoughts on the SHBG binding and anti-estrogenic effects of Mas and the potential benefits of that can have stacking with other drugs?
 
if your using mast for shbg etc. then just use proviron.. .masteron IS NOT AN AI... it might have some ai "properties" but in no way, shape or form is it anything near an ai, not is proviron or any other steroid that has those properties... at 200 mg per week, mast is a complete waste
 
Was going to run the Mast for mainly for comp and hardness effects. Depending more on the Test for muscle building. Seems consensus need to be below 10% bf. I do plan to get close to 10% before running this cycle but appears also other compounds may be preferred here. I prefer to avoid Test androrgenic side effects at higher dosages. I like the EQ recommendation. Do you mean something like this?
250mg Sus every 5 days
300mg EQ every 5 days
.25 to .5mg Arimidex 2x week Sun/Thur
Return to TRT 100-150mg Cyp every 5 days
This is my second cycle so dosages may be too conservative. Trying to start slow yet not cross the line to poor efficacy. Been training for over 10 years so good base of knowledge on what needs to be done to maximize results from training and diet.
 
Awm1981 I am looking into this option more now. I am gathering up opinions and research, attempting to come up with an optimal plan. I need to do more investigation into EQ and Primo. Sitting at 5'10" , 205, and 13% bf, I want to add size but also improve composition or at least maintain it. I am eager to add size but I may need to continue dieting until 10% bf. I have some Sustanon 250, dbol, and cyp on hand, but dont think cycling those "wetter" compounds will keep me on track nor be optimal. Again this being my second attempt at blasting anything I have little experience with the effects each of these compounds produces other than research. My TRT does is 100-150mg of cyp every 5 days. I am going to continue researching, but any advice you have is appreciated, thanks.

Listen your trt. I would a nor19. You dont worry about recovery and npp you will see nice results, as far a more hard look, just be on top of your diet and keep the test to trt dosage. 10 weeks and you'll love yourself

You gonna need some proviron
 
It will provide a strength increases and high dosages will prevent muscle loss in dieting. Another benefit is hardness and a popping of smaller muscles but this happens at very low BF
 
I did 300 sust/600 mast for excellent results. Started 18% bf 218lbs and finished at 12% 215. Mast is an excellent choice you just have to run it higher.
