Happy Holidays!

I'm back with an update/more questions regarding my current cycle (and first cycle ever). Here it is:

I am three and a half weeks into this journey. And I'm not sure I'm feeling the effects. Am I still too impatient? Or am I expecting some miraculous change in the way I feel and that's unrealsitc?

I haven't missed a dose. My lifting routine is on point. My diet is pretty solid(my downfall - I fuckin' love sandwiches. I probably eat a grilled chicken sandwich everyday.) I could probably stand to do some more cardio...currently approx.20 min/day. So ramping that up a little bit. I'm trying to cut down a bit and just get in overall better shape. I'm 31, ~200lbs and ~15% body fat, former college athlete.

So far, I don't believe I have lost any measurable fat. I'm actually weighing a little bit more, because I'm putting on a some mass, which I wouldn't have expected much from that stack(but I'm lifting harder now than I was before starting the cycle). I haven't noticed an overwhelming increase in strength or endurance. My muscles don't feel unusually harder. I'm definitely not getting any sort of suppression, which is certainly not a bad thing but something of note. Maybe getting an occasional lower back tightness, but nothing terrible like I hear stories of. I may have a couple tiny, out of character breakouts on my shoulders, but maybe thats just from spending longer than normal with sweaty shirts on. I don't know...I'm just not feeling anything THAT out of the ordinary that I was hoping to experience. I'm waiting to turn green and totally lose my temper but I'm still cool as a cucumber. haha

I got all my gear from Roid Mass(Berd Pharm), Sarms1, and N2B. So again, I would expect that they're legit. Wondering now if I should slightly increase dosage or the Var and Winny? Just keep grindin' and tighten up the discipline? (I plan to do this no matter what)

Any feedback is much appreciated.
 
That is odd, because Berd Pharma products are the best ones I have ever tried, and lately it has been my go to brand. Have you experienced any changes in strength and performance in the gym? Usually, people start feeling the performance changes in a matter of 3-4 weeks, and appearance changes in 4-6 weeks, so I would not be all that concerned just yet, because you are not way off the time frames.
 
brother...unfortunately since you're new to the game, you've picked compounds that are purely for cutting (leaning out and staying lean) --- they are not fat burners, steroids dont burn fat...thats a myth.... they aren't going to bulk you up or give you huge sides...here's the situation, steroids do no make you lose bodyfat, your diet, training and cardio does...anabolic steroids like anavar/winstrol are used to decrease catabolism and keep your current muscle going while you diet down...ill go over a few facts that can help you brother..

1) steroids don't work in 3 weeks, it takes longer to really feel something...especially if you're already 200lbs...you're not a newbie at all...you picked the weakest steroids, anavar and winstrol, and a short cutting cycle for very newbies....you're not a newbie...college athlete/200lbs/15% bodyfat...you need injectables to go with that and a good diet on top of it with cardio....anavar is used by girls, so is winstrol...so it's not the peak of performance by far...especially for semi-advanced brothers like yourself

2) for example, if you're using even double your anavar dose and your diet is not on point, you wont lose bodyfat...you need to eat below your BMR to lose bodyfat...aka weight x 12 - 10-15%.... so if you're 200lbs, you should be doing around around 2160 calories/day...with at last 40% of that protein (2160x.4/4)=216-220 grams of clean protein per day
...a proper diet is crucial to lose bodyfat, steroids wont do the work for you...diet+cardio+training+steroids...as a college athlete you know that well brother

3) cardarine increases endurance (its not a fat burner per say), but if you dont do the cardio, you wont feel it....brother at 20mgs cardio/day, thats nothing...for cardarine you can push out easy 45min-1hr ed on an empty stomach, fasting

4) brother lastly...you say you dont believe you lost bodyfat...you should measure your progress with muscle mass gains, weight loss and so on...just eyeballing things is impossible...
 
I remember your thread before you posted. and I told you that winny/var stack is a waste. why? cause both bind to SHBG, but you need something androgenic to make the magic work.

you need to stack in some test or tren, or something androgenic to give that cycle some kick.. otherwise all you are going to get is some hardening. tren + var for example is a great strength stack, not sure why more guys don't run that.. I hit my PR's on that stack
 
Steve said it best, you are using 2 orals that bind to SHBG and you're a 200lbs athlete. Anavar and winstrol are best reserved for newbies with 20% bodyfat or more. You're not a newbie to the game of training and nutrition from what I can see, so you should choose something with much more of a punch. Testosterone, Trenbolone, Equipoise and so on.

I agree. Honestly buddy, you are doing everything right - you are just expecting too much from your steroid cycle. This is what I recommend.

1. Finish your current steroid cycle
2. Run a proper PCT
3. Take 4-5 weeks off
4. Run a proper 10 week testosterone only cycle.

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone 500mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

Stevesmi - Thanks for the follow up. I do recall your first comment, but the reality of the situation was that I had already dropped a decent chunk of change on all of the components of this cycle, so I wanted to see it out. But your comment was noted.

Gearhead - Really appreciate your detailed response and recommendations. Admittedly I haven't truly measured my body fat. I'll give it a look :)

Muskate/LevButlerov - I'm going to turn up the dial and see this cycle through. My main goal is leaning out anyways. After that I'll go back to the drawing board. I'll read your material before making any decisions, Muskate. Thanks for sending over.
