Male 6’1 227lbs

I overall have a good physique. I am trying to grow some size over the next 20 weeks. I am trying a different cycle but I need some input.
My plan is:
500mg test c a/week
600 eq a/week
4iu of hgh a/day
Supplements daily
All of them for 20 weeks.
I am planning to get my bloodwork 4-6 week and adjusting. And then again on week 16.
I want to grow a significant amount of muscle, about 5 lbs of muscle.
Should I add anything else? Or is my stack pretty solid?
I have AI on hand.

Hey mate,

Welcome to EVO.

My input would be this - start low and titrate up, maximise the minimal.

Slowly ramp up each variable, keeps your body fat in check and metabolic rate up.

Start somewhere at 250ng test and 200ng EQ, have a certain amount of calories +3-5% surplus. Gradually increase as the weeks go by. If body composition declines due to body fat accrual, assess the diet first. Gradually increase dosage along the weeks up until week6-8 and you will find more longevity and room to move without putting your health at risk.

Get bloods done to assess E2 at 4 weeks, EQ may play a part in estrodial metabolism. Assess your LFTs and Renal function and move from there.

Personally I would cut the test in half and add in 200/wk deca and 50mg/day proviron. Everything else is good

What's your age and cycle experience? And what supps, both AI's and digestion/organ health/vitamins and absorption supps, list them out.

I get the vibe this is your first cycle so I'd cut everything in half and agree with both @AE1079 and @s.gentz. If you can get a baseline pre-cycle bloodwork that is a gold standard baseline if this is your first cycle. Also, I nice and tidy TestC or TestE with EQ is a tried and true bulking cycle and I like that you're running it for 20 weeks to let the EQ do it's work after week 12 and keeping it simple.

I like the HGH and if you wanted to add an oral then proviron is great at freeing up bound test to let your body use the free test for growth and recovery.

Training will be obviously important but diet will play the biggest % in whether you meet your goals as well right down to the macros you choose (Protein vs Fat vs Carbs).

Im 25. And this is my 2nd cycle-but this is my first real cycle. My first cycle was test and tren for about 8 weeks, and I quickly learned that I needed to do more research than just taking a bro advice. I have done sarms, and other orals in the past. My overall bloodwork always stayed on track.
Supplements I am taking: NAC, magnesium, zinc, vitamin c, kidney support, vitamin d3. The AI I have on hand is adex.

Cycle looks clean, test and EQ will build steady lean mass and the HGH will help recovery and fullness. Keep carbs high since EQ drives appetite and track strength jumps on big lifts to gauge progress. Bloodwork around week 6 will show where your e2 and AI need to sit. But really this is all guess work. @Liftingg

Start the log and list your weights weekly, that’ll make it easy to see how the cycle builds from week to week. I just sent you a DM check please.
