Hi !

I am about to begin my first cycle ever and I want to share with you my cycle idea.

Here's my current condition :
- 21 years old
- 6 "
- 180 lbs
- 12-14 % Body fat

Here's my goal :
I don't want to be big. My goal is to define my muscle (cut + a little gain in muscle size)and to improve my perfomance in sport (running + musculation).

My current trainning:
I run at least 1 h/ + 1 hour musculation (5 x a week)

Alright, lets speak about the cycle :

week 1-10 test e (250 mg) per week
week 1-10 anavar (40 mg) per day

During my entire cycle, I am planning to take multivitamins + preworkout (without creatine) (what I am doing right now).

I will Drink a lot of water every day + cardio should keep away the water retention (I don't want that)

So that's it. I have just some hesitation about AI's.

I have Letro in hands, and I am wondering how to implement it in my cycle... I am worry about water retention...

bro 10 weeks of anavar...no n2guard? ...sounds like a good way to get liver damage bro...

About the cycle, it looks good once you clarified that anavar will be week 1-4 and not 10 weeks. I would suggest using just test for the first cycle and see how you react to it and build off that for your future cycles. That being said, my first recommendation would be to not use any AAS yet at all since you are only 21 and your natural test levels as most likely still really high. Train hard, eat right and get all the natural gains you can before ever starting to use. I believe that you should exhaust your natural gains before using but many people think other wise. Just do your research and know the risks and side effects and make sure you can accept them.
 
I say the same thing to all young guys out there, and will tell you the same. You are still very young, and your test levels are on their lifetime prime. So I'd rather wait a couple of years before going into test and other AAS.

A good introductory lesson for you could be the SARMs - less side effects, and the benefits you are looking for - lean muscle mass. They are very safe, they are mildly suppressive, and quite effective. So that is my advise for you - go for SARMs, like for example Ostarine, Andarine, or S4. You will really appreciate the results.

What is your hesitation with AI's? A low dose of Aromasin would help mitigate against gyno.

I 3rd the EQ theory! Definitely for endurance gains. But as many others stated, waiting and becoming more knowledgeable on AAS uses, cycles, sides, etc., would benefit you more right now.

you need an ai like aromasin for starts . yes you need it.On hand at minimal but i would jump on it right away
