Hey guys I’m interested in cycling dbol for first time ever but I have heard the side effects can be killer. Was only going to do 4-6 week cycle will that cause hairloss or infertility? Those are the two I am most worried about but will one 4-6 week cycle lead me to infertility? This would be my second cycle in general but my first with an oral. I’m 26 years old 6ft 4 235 pounds
i would definitely not run dbol without test whatsoever man
all exogenous hormones will shut you down and decrease fertility some. the amount it will depends on how bad you abuse them. a short dbol 'cycle' as you laid out won't have much effect on fertility to be honest assuming you cycle off correctly.

While I would never run a 4-6 week dbol only cycle, it isn't going to render you infertile or cause major hair loss. Yes, it will decrease fertility while on it but you will bounce back just fine. Hair loss can be accelerated while on gear as well but genetics still remain the most important factor. 4-6 weeks is not long enough to make a huge impact. Like I said, I don't think the cycle will be worth it but I also don't think your concerns are well founded. 99.999% of people will have no fertility issues if they run a proper PCT after a dbol only steroid cycle. The article explains how to properly run a PCT after the cycle.
Dbol isn't very androgenic so you shouldn't experience any hair loss during the cycle. Using a good anti-hair loss shampoo like n2shampoo from n2bm.com while on your cycle and PCT certainly wouldn't hurt though!

If someone could give me some advice I would really appreciate it: I’ve read that running a Dbol cycle without test is pretty stupid so my question would be if you had been using Dbol only, no test base, for 3 weeks would it be worth taking test now ie Test En or Prop for 8/9 weeks....or is it better to stop the Dbol and do a full PCT and then start from scratch?

you could still add test and if it were me, i would do so...
