Deca

I personally wouldn't, it's a pretty long ester so I would need to run the cycle too long. I'd you really need to add nandrolone mid-cycle then use npp I suppse.

That dose is fine, and 10 to 12 weeks is a good length to run it. Will you be running a test base with it? I'd also recommend 0.25mg cabergolin e3d to control prolactin, and 25 to 50mg Proviron ed to keep your libido and boost free test while on deca.

That sounds fine. You don't absolutely need Proviron, but it is a nice addition.

Front loading deca is the most risky of all. If you happen to pin too much up front it will take a long time to come back down. You don’t want to be dickless for two months trust me.

no you do not need to front load deca at all but deca is a very long ester and anything under 10 weeks would be pointless... 12-14 weeks is what you should be running it... i certainly would not start it mid cycle whatsoever

Why do people even consider front loading? I just dont get it?
because there are people out there that fucking tell people to do it and act like its such a great thing etc... its just stupid information that gets passed around man... smfh on that concept

front loading doesn't make a difference because it will still take about 5X the half life to reach peak levels and level off

instead kickstart the cycle with an oral

Same thing. Zero difference to the end result. Other than the feel good factor of being on test that's it.

Front loading brings your hormone levels up very quickly rather than waiting weeks for things to kick in. I am not a fan loading because I think those sudden and rapid spike in hormone levels can cause side effects. The body likes to see stable, or slowly increasing levels rather than a slam dunk of hormones all at onces.

But to answer your question...that's why some people do it...so that their cycle kicks in fully by the 2 or 3rd week rather than the 4th or 5th week.

No i mean I understand the reasoning but it puts your hormones on a roller coaster ride for what?

Like I said - makes no odds to the end result. Find me someone who can lay claim to having added more muscle front loading.
