I wanted to know which Deodorant you guys are using ? Ive been told not to use the ones with aluminium but I am not sure about it. Any advices?

ironically blocking your sweat glands makes no sense, plus the wrong one can increase your chance of cancer. but hey some people live under a rock and don't care what they put under their pits.

I don’t wear deoderant. I stopped about 4 years ago. No one has said I stink, in fact a few girls have mentioned I smell really good. And that’s with no added scents.

Deodorant with antipersperant (and aluminum) can cause hormonal issues such as raising estrogen, but most of us are watching that already, though it is good to let your pits detox, it's one of the main areas to cleanse us out. Stank Stop by Fatco is the best working one I've tried, but it's a little expensive, and order online. most the natural ones without aluminum suck. all the time there are better ones out tho. A less expensive one that works pretty well is herbal clear sport from the natural grocery store, I use on some occasions too.
