diet for cutting

hi, what could be a clean diet to cut but also not be hungry all day, thanks.

Carb-Cycling is one of the more effective Diets.
It's basically doing a few Lower Carb/Higher Fat days, and then ramping up the Carbs while dropping the Fats.
And then Repeat.

But when I say Carbs, I'm talking about Junk Carbs like Pizza and Bread.
Your Carbs would be Sweet Potatoes/Baked Potato/Brown Rice/Oats/Grits/.

Simple Carbs (Maltodextrin, Dextrose), would be Post-Workout Only.

This type of Diet does leave some room for Tweaking depending on the Individual.
As some as not as Carb Sensitive as others............................................ JP
P.S.
I think Muskate has a sample Carb-Cycle Diet.
I keep my Carbs so low, most guys would have trouble with it.

Carb cycling is really good, since it will allow you to make cheat days, which makes it a more bearable diet to follow. In fact, I am doing the carb cycling at this moment, and the feelings are great,

My diet is combined from many diet programs like paleo, anabolic diet.

My basics:

* Low carb diet no carb cycling. usually about max. 40-50g carbs ED.
* Carbs only from whole food with fibers like general mills fiber 1.
* Protein from good sources like red meat, chicken, eggs and whey protein.
* Oils from good sources like almonds, olive oil, peanuts and frying only with coconut oil.
* Diet drinks only, I use stevia sweetener for the coffee.

I do once a week cheating day, but it reasonable. I eat some ice creams, drinking beers. but not so much.

For me it worked well and I see results for my cutting period.

To not become hungry when cutting is more to do with the amount of calories you consume rather than the foods you eat. If you eat too little you'll be hungry no matter what foods you eat.

It's true that clean unrefined food sources will keep you fuller for longer, but overall food portions is more important.

If you're hungry when cutting there's a good chance you're in too much of a calorie deficit and will lose muscle. Check out this article which gives some good tips to help you retain muscle during your cut - http://steroidstogetripped.com/how-to-get-ripped-without-losing-muscle/
