Diet question

Haven’t posted in a minute here but hello all.

I recently ran a cut and dropped from about 207 to 180. It’s gone well but my body is starting to fight back. While on the cut I’ve been running test e and tren e 300/400 mgs.
Water retention has been nil due to such a strict diet. I was going to start trickling in some food 1/2 cup oats here and there nothing crazy and I wanted to add masteron prop and switch the tren esters. So main question is should I keep the calories mainly low while adding in the masteron or would adding in a few calories help see more results?
 
Currently The diet is as follows

2 scoops Beverly international ump
1 tsp almond butter

7 egg whites

6 oz chicken with vegetables

6 oz chicken with vegetables

7 oz tuna with 1/2 cup rice

Whey isolate shake

7 egg whites and Metamucil

I cycle those as low carb and on the 4th day I was adding in an extra 1/2 cup of rice. I’m not 100 percent sure on the macros I was just trying to add them up to double check but wasn’t able to log into my calculator thing. I didn’t start out this low this is pretty much where I’ve ended up with struggles
 
EDIT: I was looking at an older one high carb days are two pieces toast with my egg whites 1/2 cup rice with 1 chicken meal a whole cup rice with tuna and oatmeal with the whey isolate.

I haven’t been able to drop any weight in the last couple weeks. It was easily a pound a week sometimes even 3 or so. Strength remained the same but the weight would come off easily. Now it’s basically stalled. Added extra cardio and still nothing
 
Yea I'm also curious what you mean by fighting back?
So you are now transitioning from diet phase to bulking phase am I correct? Why do you want to add masteron to the mix? What has adding more calories to do with masteron?

Oh now I got it so weight loss still the main focus but it has stalled.
Have you tried to have a higher carb/refeed day just to boost up the metabolism a bit. I know this is partially a broscience thing but sometimes it can actually get things rolling again.
 
I did have some pizza last night. So I’ll see how that turns out. I started sweating and vascularity increased after so I suppose my body was enjoying it a tad.
 
Considering that your diet is very low in carbs that's no wonder. Sodium+carbs always works.
In any case that was pretty mild refeed I would say and some people might need to do something little more aggressive.

Now as far as losing fat goes I'm sure you realize that you will not keep losing body fat at the same rate as you get leaner and leaner? It's like body's protection mechanism so once you start getting down to very low (i.e. unhealthy) body fat levels your body will start to fight back and thus making it even harder to get leaner.

homeostasis is real.

without knowing your history impossible to help you further. if in the past 10 years you have weighed 200+ and now you are 180.. of course your body is going to push back up to 200.

to get that reversed it takes more than just running a deficit. gonna take a radical approach to how you eat. but again i am speculating since i know little about you. just staying in a calorie deficit is weight watchers BS, it does not work. if it did work you would just keep losing weight till you weighed 0.

Some will say broscience but those of us that get lean know it works. Duchaine pointed out in his BodyOpus diet a refeed is a legit thing.

Just to clarify more on a diet of single digit bodyfat I will refeed about every 10-14 days. I go from about 50-75 carbs a day to about 600 fast digesting carbs. Usually yummy ones like those Belvita crackers. Fat I keep extremely low that day and drop my protein to about 100 grams. I do this on a training day only.

Actually - the scientific literature shows pretty clearly that having periodic refeeds re-set leptin levels and keep the metabolism revving. I am all for refeeds/high carb days

This diet is extremely low in essential fatty acids. This is not a diet you would want to follow long term.
 
10-4 so in terms if I tweak things and add calories could my intial question of adding the masteron be beneficial? For let’s a say a recomp type build instead of just going all out water buffalo with a bulk?
 
Your diet clearly has issues that need addressed. That is likely why you are stuck right now where you are
