so for the past 4 months i have been experiencing bad stomach issues .. lately i get so gassy, bloated, stomach sharp pains, and when i bend over the stomach pressure feels horrible. this is affecting my life and gym results which is killing me. i will go over my diet to see if you guys think something here is fucking me up or maybe its mental? either way too i am going to a dr to see what they say but i have been swapping foods out to see what works and what doesn't. yesterday was tolerable today sucked..

630 am 3 whole eggs 2 whole wheat toast
930 am shake, 1 scoop protein, 3/4 blended oats , 2 table spoon peanut butter, 1 banana
11:30am greek yogurt (may stop this ) 1/4 cup almonds
1;30pm 7 ounce ground chicken with onions peppers. 1.5 cups jasmine rice
4pm was hungry , need to bring a better pre workout snack but all i had was a sweet potato so i ate that... need to add a protein source.
730pm protein powder w water shake
9pm 4 ounce pasta with ground beef or chicken or salmon

i should def add salad to my diet maybe i need it.. before i noticed too much finer was killing me i was at 50g a day i cut that back by changing bread and rice and feel a bit better but not 100 % maybe its that raw oats? maybe still to much fiber ? idk i just know by 4-6 pm everyday i am bloated and so damn gassy. may buy some probiotics .. or maybe its mental ? any one experience this?

unfortunately a conventional western doctor will not be able to do a thing for you here.

obviously unless you have some sort of existing stomach problem like an ulcer or tumor etc. you have a food allergy

the most common food allergies are gluten, soy, dairy, eggs. obviously some people are allergic to seafood but that is obvious to any idiot, but those first ones are hidden in a lot of foods that people don't even realize

from what you are posting is your diet, you are pretty much getting all of the above. so you need to do what is called an elimination diet. it is going to take some work on your part. for me I avoid dairy and that keeps my stomach happy .. the way fuck up elimination diets all the time is they don't realize how many things have gluten or soy or eggs in them etc. it is in more shit than you think. so read labels !

another idea for you is buying digestive enzymes, go to your health food store and ask the hippy there for one he recommends.. buy a small bottle and see if that helps.. if it helps then go online and buy more of it. i use one called digestive gold

Just glancing at your diet - I suspect it's the whole wheat toast and pasta. A LOT of adult humans are sensitive to gluten, if not full blown celiac.

This is something I have noticed training hundreds and hundreds of people. I always recommend all my clients follow a gluten free diet. I have had a lot of clients who were not celiac switch to a gluten free diet as per my recommendations and after 1-2 weeks on the diet send me an email telling me how much better their digestive system and overall health felt overall.

The problem with wheat isn't just the gluten but also all the round up and pesticides used on the produce. If you do some research on wheat, you wouldn't feed it to your worst enemy.

I suspect you will feel better in 1-2 weeks after removing the wheat from your diet. Switch the whole wheat toast to oatmeal and switch the pasta for rice or brown rice pasta.

From looking at your Diet ~ 2 possible Culprits come to light.

1st ~ is a possible Gluten sensitivity like Stevesmi and Muskate mentioned.

2nd ~ your Protein Mix ~ if there's Protein Concentrate.
Or if it's Sweetened with Sucralose or Acesulfame Potassium.

Sucralose ~ processed with Chlorine and Kills your Gut Flora.
Acesulfame Potassium ~ processed with Methylene Chloride ~ Cancer Causing Agent & also Kills your Gut Flora.

So I would look to stopping those 2 for starters, and go from there.............................. JP
P.S.
Also, adding in Digestive Enzymes/Probiotics/and Psyllium Husks for Fiber would also be helpful
