Disappointed with tren E

After reading so many good things about the stuff I have to admitt that Im a little disappointed with the results. The only positive thing about it is that the sides has been minimal, it gave me some acne on my back and shoulders.
Ive been on 350-400mg/week of tren E and the same amount of test E for 7 weeks and Ive gained 10lbs so far (some of it is probobly water). The fat percentage looks the same.
Ive been eating very clean so the diet havent been the bulking type. But the thing is that my last cycle, wich consisted of only 30mg (15*2) of winny per day, gave me more pump, vascularity and STRENGTH, and that on a lower calorie intake.
Maybe my body just respond better to winny than tren.
 
What is your cycle history? Any other cycles before Winny? And where did you get your Tren from?
Not 2 people are the same, some will respond better than the others, HOWEVER, Tren E is a long ester and at 7 weeks you aren't done yet. There's no water retention from Tren but there is from test and at the doses you mentioned, you need an AI. What AI and how much do you take?

I personally love Tren A. It hits hard and fast and the results can quickly be seen in the mirror. I think the acetate ester suits this compound more appropriately.
I hate EOD pinning so I personally like E better. Each to their own.

Not 2 people are the same, some will respond better than the others, HOWEVER, Tren E is a long ester and at 7 weeks you aren't done yet. There's no water retention from Tren but there is from test and at the doses you mentioned, you need an AI. What AI and how much do you take?

Although it's a longer ester he should be feeling the full effects already on week 7.
Maybe it's underdosed?

350mg to 400mg of tren' per week, but no night sweats or insomnia. Have you considered the possibility that your tren' is bogus?
 
maybe it is bogus tren? but the reality is steroids are not magic.

10 pounds is a lot though, that is over 1 pound a week, if you were expecting to gain 50 pounds on your bench, lose 5% body fat, and put on lots of muscle mass then of course you are going to be dissapointed.. those goals take years to do, not gonna happen in 7 weeks man.
 
I don't gain any (weight) on Tren at all. I do see incredible changes in the mirror. You have to consider the nutrient partitioning factor. I think Tren is more suitable for cutting.
 
Tren E is a very aggressive steroid and 350-400mg/week is a pretty hefty dosage. Sounds like your tren E is bunk or under dosed

Did you tailor your diet & training to your goals?
 
What were you expecting going into cycle? 10lbs is pretty solid gains in seven weeks.

The reality is, however, that 80% to 90% of those ten pounds are nothing other than water. If you net two pounds of muscle from any given cycle, be proud of your accomplishment because that is just exactly what it would be - an accomplishment.

I never understood this bro-science of gaiing just 2 lbs of muscle on a cycle. This is really something that can't be calculated. Muscle is 60% water to begin with. So if I gain 10lbs on cycle, while BF remains unchanged....then several weeks off cycle, I am net 8lbs of gain...surely that isn't just water weight. 60% of the muscle is water to begin with. See the conundrum in this line of thinking?
