I have been using AAS for well over 20 yrs. I have noticed about a year ago that my belly is a little distended. Anyone else experience this? Any ideas what it could be. Its not fat, I still have a six pack.

Food. I'm muscular and borderline lean in some places but my sheer volume of food pushes my belly out

the old distended belly debate is on. the big belly look is a red flag and needs to be addressed

my theory is simple: inflammation

steroids increase inflammation, tren especially bigtime: check
eating too much food increases inflammation: check
eating too often increases inflammation: check

if you check those 3 boxes 3 out of 3 that is a good reason why you have that issue. you can solve all 3 in 1 swoop by coming off steroids for a while and doing some water fasting. try a 5 day water fast for starters and then do 5 more days of fruits only.. that will get your gut tightened up.. then consider adopting a more clean lifestyle of cycling once a year only and doing regular fasting and decreasing meal frequency. eat 2-3 meals a day vs. 8 meals a day.

Distended stomach is from mega doses of hgh made from mice apparently. A cheaper method of making hgh in some countries.

I can contribute to this one not just ask questions!

There is a lot of myth and theory about the distended belly, but one thing that it can be is how are you training your abs? If crunches are a staple and not a lot of other movements, you can train the ab muscles to flex outward rather than inward. That causes the muscles to grow outward as well. Look into performing anti flexion exercises and vacuums.

As for the sciencey side of it, there isn't a lot proving one way or another. But training the abs tighter has shown to help, think Winklar and Pakman.
